Extremely negative experience of interaction with this printing center. I decided to use the services of this institution for urgent printing of an A2 document. Previously, to clarify the possibility of completing the order, I wrote to Viber. My message was read, but ignored — I never received a reply. At 16:40, considering the urgency of the order, I arrived personally. To my surprise, the doors of the printing center turned out to be closed, although the opening hours clearly indicate the time until 18:00. Such an attitude towards clients is simply unacceptable. The lack of feedback on messages and non—compliance with the stated work schedule is a clear disrespect for customers. I strongly do not recommend this printing center. They don't value their clients' time and don't follow their own rules of work. It is better to look for another place where customers are treated with respect and respond to messages.
