Review 2024. We visited this hotel for the second time, the discounted price was 4150 per night, 4,500 Turkish lira without discount. This hotel is served on a half-board basis - there is breakfast and dinner. Asians are brought to the hotel by whole buses, for 1-2 days.
The peculiarity of this hotel is that it has red travertines inside and outside. The reception speaks Russian and English quite well. Unfortunately, that's all, they didn't tell either now or 5 years ago that there are excellent two pools outside, one with cold water, the other with red and hot water, and it's very cool how to move from one pool to another in Knapp's tracks, very useful for capillaries.
Another life hack behind the indoor and outdoor swimming pools inside the hotel there is an area with mud, Well, it has fallen into terrible disrepair, there is even garbage lying around. There is cosmetic yellow dirt directly in the niches on the floor.
You can still take the black mud in the outer pool at the bottom of it.
Also inside there are game air hockey table football, and billiards and table tennis. But no one will help you, even if you really want to. A fitness center is also open.
It takes literally five minutes to get to the red travertines, everything is the same there, only of course you won't swim there anymore.
Caps cost 50 lire, without them they are driven in indoor pools (regular, children's, Jacuzzi, red water), in external ones - not.
The animation is monotonous - loud music and oriental dance training every day.
We are ready to visit again, realizing that we already know everything. The reception gives very little information.
Review 2019: A very good decent hotel, with thermal springs, but you need to know some things. admission is free for guests. Many tourists saw these inscriptions, were afraid to use the mud pool and the pool with natural thermal waters. meanwhile, the reception clearly said that all pools are free of charge, this was also written in a piece of paper that was issued there upon check-in. Dinner and breakfast are quite hearty and varied. There was fish, meat, a variety of vegetables, and good sweets.

A cool hotel. It looks big, but cozy. The food is fine, there is a full-fledged spa area: a pool with ordinary water, a Jacuzzi, a hammam, a sauna. And for dessert, there is a pool with water from thermal springs, and it is both indoor and outdoor. In the evening, when it's already cool outside and the water in the pool is hot, it's especially cool to take it. The water from the thermal springs turns out to be mud-colored, many complain that it stinks - but in fact, nothing special, do not be afraid. Of the disadvantages, only the remote location from civilization can be noted, there is no infrastructure around. So the food and entertainment is only at the hotel.

A good hotel, the room has everything you need. We were in March, it was cold enough, but the rooms have air conditioning for warmth. The rooms are clean. The food in the hotel is delicious, except for salads with yogurt (well, they didn't come to me in any hotel) the only thing for dinner is you can drink either one tea or one coffee (150ml)
There are a lot of foreigners and the staff does not speak Russian. It was only through an online translator that we managed to communicate.
Wi-Fi is very weak in the hotel, there was only enough for Whatsapp.
There is a free pool and spa, but you need a swimming cap ($25) or you can have your own.
Overall, a good hotel.
