It was not the first time I had my hair permed in this salon, and everything was fine before this incident. The perm is done terribly. It is absolutely impossible to style the hair to have a curl, the hair is straight at the roots. The master could not stand the required time for the composition, as the administrator came during the procedure and asked if she could finish the perm quickly, after which the master began to rush and washed off the perm after 15-20 minutes (while the composition usually lasted 40 minutes). I had a consultation at another salon, where I was told that there was practically no perm on my hair. The hair was damaged after the procedure, it was dry and began to fall out. I went to the salon, where all they offered me was to come to them again, but somehow after this situation I absolutely did not want to go to them and spoil my hair even more, and after that they stopped responding altogether. Then why take on clients if you can't calculate the time so that you can do the procedure efficiently or why allow an incompetent master to work?
