A beautiful thoughtful residential complex harmoniously integrated into the environment with cozy enclosed courtyards. One of the best in Minsk. Very backstage and cozy. But most importantly, this is the case when the management does not care and it is important to delve into every detail. This can be seen in the choice of finishing materials for facades and common areas, the polite well-trained professionalism of the sales office specialists (they organized the fastest possible visit to the registrar and clear support of the transaction - everything is on the case, they did not waste my time) and an instant solution to minor nuances that I noticed when accepting the apartment. You guys are cool!

It is very cozy, comfortable, and the location is good.It was built well.There are playgrounds for children.Gazebos.Gazebos on the central site are decorated with lights.The lights can be turned on all year round.There is a parking lot.
