I bought a TV tuner on 30.01.2013. The sales consultant Andrey made a purchase in his department on a computer, took it to the cashier, the cashier gave me a check and a Comfortable bonus card for 1 UAH. When I looked at the receipt, it still indicated a promotional Kingston 8 GB flash drive for 1 UAH. When I asked what kind of flash drive it was, consultant Andrey and the cashier replied together that they did not know or understand anything. As soon as I asked to call the manager, they told me that there was no manager, but the flash drive was immediately brought. However, no one even deigned to apologize!
