I bought an LG L7 phone yesterday. I did the settings and all that. Suddenly I see the speaker is not working, I come to the store today and show my problem. The director (did not introduce himself) He said it was easier to go to the service yourself. center and make a comp. inspection is what the problem is. I drove for 3 hours:Mayakovsky (closed); Zakrevsky (phones are not made); Rusanovskaya embankment (only for money). I come back to the store and they tell me:We are not responsible for the phone!!!!!!!!!!!! This is LG's problem-we are only intermediaries. In short, they took my phone for diagnosis and said within 45 days!!!!!!!!!! they will say it's a manufacturing defect or my fault (I used the phone for 50 minutes). I have a phone on credit and I have to pay for air for 1.5 months!!!!!!!!!!!!! In a word, it's very bad! Don't go there anymore and I don't advise you!!!!!!!!!!!
