The provider's support replied that it was all "malware, torrents on my PC, etc." I spent an hour and a half scanning the system in search of malware, WireSharkom scanned the packet exchange... I didn't find anything suspicious. In the router's control panel, the WAN speed is 8-10 mbit/s with 890 mbit/s under contract. I sent my observations to Rostelecom support. "We're fine, there's something wrong with you. As soon as everything becomes like that, the speed will return to the contractual one," the support replied to me. I sent an official complaint threatening to contact Roskomnadzor. We have registered and assigned an incoming number. Rostelecom needs 10 days to review it. What for? Read 3-4 pages of the contract? Or come up with a way to tell you under how slippery and sugary syrup that not all the conditions are spelled out in the contract? A year and a half ago, I lived in Ferghana and used your services: Comnet. Once, my Internet connection was unstable from exactly the same PC behind the same router. I asked the provider for support, mentioning that I don't speak Uzbek. A Russian-speaking technician named Arthur was sent to me. Who called the technician at the communications center from my house. The two of them searched for the reason. She was promptly found and professionally eliminated. I still feel very warm about your company's customer orientation and the professionalism of its employees. Especially in comparison with the sloppiness and equivocation in Moscow.
