The worst internet provider in the city! In terms of internet speed it is not bad. But the service and attitude towards the customer is the worst! They spend weeks for troubleshooting and solving the issues! And the issues rarely happen with their service.

That is the worst internet provider ever. Stay away from them. We were clients for 6 months. Then they lost a cable. They spent 2 months restoring connectivity. Now, I put an order to reconnect. They didn't show up. I put another order. And they didn't show up! I failed to see any logic behind that service. It's awful! It QC reads it, get in touch with me.

on the good side: I am personally satisfied with the Internet provider. they connected quickly, it worked well, then I decided to try it offline, a month later I returned to the comnet, if there is an advance payment on the account, then there will be a discount. now about the bad news: they have been around for a long time, but they can't make a program for the iPhone... when they raise prices on tariffs, they don't notify subscribers, which is a minus, since I had no idea that instead of 88 thousand, I now owe 114 thousand. on android, the software push always gave out that there weren't enough funds, but then silence.

Six months ago, I submitted an application for connection, a day was chosen, and the provider disappeared. Three weeks later, I got a call asking, "Are we going to connect?" He refused. Time passed, and I decided to submit an activation request again. We agreed on the date, called the coordination department on the morning of the appointed day, where I was asked to wait for a call from the master with the wording "you will be contacted soon." After a few hours, no one contacted. I call the same number, but they don't answer. I'm calling the number of the subscription department, they've accepted it, and they'll contact you. To the question "will there be a connection today, as promised," I get the answer "we don't know." It turns out that I just moved everything so that I could sit on my phone for a few hours waiting for the promised connection. The people who write that you have zero service are right.

I don't know how much of this is true, or why my neighbors have an Internet connection (Uztelecom) when I don't. But there is a disadvantage that their GPON cables are so thin that they tear due to a slight breeze. Because of this, you often have to sit without the Internet and these inconveniences are not compensated in any way. Of course, I understand that they pay their masters for calls, and if, for example, I have 3 or more breaks in a month, then because of the calls of the masters, the company is already suffering losses to pay for these very calls. Well, we talked, that's what I said - look, it's not profitable for you and it's not profitable for me and on your part what claims there may be against me, so you need to decide, not me, but if you are not satisfied, then we can terminate the contract. Well, while they're holding on, they're sending craftsmen to fix my Internet connection).

They came at the very beginning, recommended their services, disconnected us from the old provider, offered much better conditions, in fact, everything was fine for a while. Then it began to get worse and worse all the time, it was impossible even to send messages in a telegram. If you want to become one of the clients of this company, think about it, because they are still babblers - they promise a lot, but they can't do anything. They promised me compensation for the connection (because before that I had another provider) by transferring the rest of the days from the previous payment to the current traffic, but in the end they did nothing, but only charged me twice as much as they were supposed to for the tariff. Their head of the compensation department is an incompetent man who is not capable of anything that falls within his duties. As for their managers, who accept applications, they also promise you mountains, but you will not receive any of the promised. As for the guys who connect, they will really connect you, but they are not able to keep their word (they promised to bring me the cable that I was supposed to connect, because they themselves used the cable that remained from the previous provider, but they did not bring it). So, don't believe their words and think twice before connecting to their provider.

I have not tried other providers in Uzbekistan, but I can compare them with Moscow ones. The quality of the Internet is very poor, the specialists are illiterate and cannot give any advice except: "change the router", "restart the Internet". To summarize, on weekdays from 21 to 23, you can forget about online games, an extremely high ping will not give you rest, apparently, the provider's equipment cannot cope. My friends are ok, they have uzonline, I think I'll also try it. The rest of the time, failures also occur, albeit not so often, in fairness. If the company wants to deal with the problem, then write, but I need a specialist who can connect a few words, have at least some knowledge. PS. Update: the company has not been contacted, the problems are still the same.

My expectations of their services were high, based on the advertising promises of a stable connection, but the reality turned out to be extremely far from what was stated. From the very beginning, problems arose: the operators misled me, assuring me that I would have an uninterrupted connection. In fact, the Internet is regularly disconnected, and this happens several times Every time I try to call the support service, another disappointment awaits me. Either I can't get through to them at all, or when I do manage to, I get vague and contradictory explanations from the operators. They can't really explain the reasons for the constant outages and offer solutions that don't work. As a result, the problem cannot be solved either the first or the second time. The quality of Comnet uz's services leaves much to be desired, and their attitude towards customers causes confusion and irritation. Several times they even tried to convince me that the problem was with my equipment or location, although everything works fine for neighbors using other providers. It feels like they just don't want to admit their mistakes and correct them. In the months that I have been using their services, the connection quality has not only not improved, but even worsened. Frequent disconnections make it impossible to use the Internet normally, even for simple tasks. As a result, Comnet uz is a complete disappointment and loss of money. I do not recommend this company in any way. If you want stable and high-quality Internet, look for another provider so as not to repeat my mistakes.

We change everything at our own expense again in them and the same song continues. We took a new router from your guys, four horns and again there is no Internet: we call, and in response to us, "the device is new, it heats up from our side there are no problems" Went to the neighbors. The same problem and everyone has noodles hanging either on the ears or on the legs of the router. I highly recommend it! Problems, nerves, and money costs will not turn around! I highly do not recommend this provider. Connected to the tariff at a speed of 150 mbit by gpon, gives no more than 10 mbit. The first month after the connection, the speed was according to the tariff, and then it was reduced. The technical support is not adequate. Think a hundred times before connecting to them. They did not warn about anything, they took a fee for the maximum tariff in the absence of the physical possibility of providing it. I highly do not recommend this office. I pay 199k sum for 100/200 mbit. Installed GPON. There is still no declared speed. Rather, it has become even worse: previously, Wi-Fi speeds reached 80-90 mbps. Now it's 15-25, at best 30-35 in the early hours. Calls to the service cause the operators a storm of indignation (they have to work). They do not help in any way, they talk like stupid garbage, they are rude. Calling a specialist costs 50k soums to measure the Internet. They won't do anything without it. If the management reads the reviews (and they sometimes respond), you can consider my review as an intention to terminate the contract.

Internet - 1 Maintenance - 1 Staying without Internet for a day is easy, and staying for two days is even easier. They can't work, but they can negotiate. The developer (or management company) does not let anyone into the house except the room. I used to think that Sarkor was the bottom, but Komnet was the leader of the anti-rating of providers in Tashkent.
