Having decided to update the bedroom, we spent a long time choosing an unusual bed, and our attention was attracted by a floating model in the store. From the very first minutes of our stay in the salon, we were surrounded by attention and professionalism. I would especially like to mention the consultant, whose name, unfortunately, I forgot. A pleasant girl who knows the range listened patiently to our wishes and suggested the best option, telling us in detail about the characteristics and advantages of a floating bed. Her competence and kindness played a crucial role in our choice – we decided to purchase a bed here. Unfortunately, the manufacturing process turned out to be quite lengthy, which slightly overshadowed the anticipation of the purchase. However, when the long-awaited bed was delivered, we were pleasantly surprised. However, when unpacking, there were no assembly instructions. But it is worth paying tribute to the prompt reaction of the store – the problem was solved as soon as possible, which compensated for the inconvenience. All issues that arose during the assembly process were resolved quickly and with comprehensive explanations. The bed itself turned out to be exactly as we imagined – stylish, modern and comfortable. The equipment was complete, all the details were in place. I was also pleased that the backlight unit was without a light bulb. In the salon, I once mentioned that bright light can make it difficult to fall asleep, and maybe it's just a coincidence, but the absence of a light bulb was a pleasant surprise, demonstrating attention to detail and the needs of the client. Overall, despite some hitches with the manufacture and instructions, we were very satisfied with the purchase and service of the store. We recommend it!
