It's a good gas station, but there's a lot to work on. This is not the first time I have refueled here — the fuel is of high quality, the staff is polite, the territory is well maintained, the cafe is pleasantly decorated. However, there are often queues at the gas station, especially during rush hours — you can stand for 10-15 minutes. It would be convenient if we expanded the possibility of online payment, because QR payment is not available to everyone, and NFC support would greatly simplify the process. I would also like to see an increase in the number of accelerated charging stations for electric vehicles — there are clearly not enough of them now. Otherwise, the station leaves a positive impression, I just want a little more convenience and a modern approach to service.

I always refuel at this gas station or just stop there on the way to get coffee, a snack or take drinks. Their gasoline is not bad, at least it has never failed 95 on the road yet. The price of the products, as at all gas stations, is a little too high, but this is not a bazaar, so anyone who is expensive usually drives by, every time I took a cappuccino and a Croissant with cheese from them, only it must be warmed up so that the cheese melts and mmmm... then I get high on the road - I drink cappuccino and enjoy a delicious croissant. By the way, this is the only place where I like croissants with cheese so much, although I don't know why. By the way, they have a pretty friendly staff, both cashiers and guards, but there are normal gas stations, and there are a little intrusive, but nowadays it's clear that every penny benefits, so I always give money to gas stations, at least they work😊👍

Very inconvenient organization inside, we were on a day off at 7 a.m. A lot of customers, no organization and no order. The cash desks are in the corner, like three of them, but there is no way to approach a normal one. Cashiers have to shout that the cash register is free. Inside there is a store with a good assortment, but again, the rows are not very narrow here either, it is very inconvenient for two people to disperse. In general, if you see that there are a lot of people and cars in the parking lot, I do not advise you to go in.

Perhaps the Compass along the Kapchagai highway is one of the best points.
