I returned the computer, they continued to fix it, but in the end they couldn't do anything. The service does not have modern components for temporary replacement and analysis. The problem has not been solved, the reason has not been found, and I am not satisfied with the service.

Terrible service, not only do employees communicate rudely, but they also do their work poorly! We changed the battery on the laptop less than a month ago, and the battery started to run out in 40 minutes! They persuaded me to replace the native cord from the laptop, allegedly it was damaged and could sparkle, replaced with some Chinese one that did not even hold tightly in the connector, somehow charged with God's help. And today I put it on charge, I hear incomprehensible sounds, I think well, maybe it seemed after a while again, I go up to see in more detail what happened and I see that the cable is broken and sparks fly out of it. It's scary to imagine what would have happened if I hadn't noticed it at the time! In short, the service is terrible, it is better not to contact here.
