Just because she wanted to. At the same time, the deputy head of this institution considered that both of the above circumstances fully comply with the norms and saw nothing special or unusual either in the absence of a toilet or in the behavior of his employee. Of course, there will be no fewer visitors to this institution after my review, but I hope that its management will still understand that the circumstances mentioned above cause significant inconvenience to citizens and infringe on their dignity. Maybe then they will start correcting the shortcomings in their work. After all, employees of such institutions should respect their citizens and work for the benefit of their people and country.
