Of course, there will be no fewer visitors to this institution after my review, but I hope that its management will still understand that the circumstances mentioned above cause significant inconvenience to citizens and infringe on their dignity. Maybe then they will start correcting the shortcomings in their work. After all, employees of such institutions should respect their citizens and work for the benefit of their people and country.
