The guy answered all the questions about my assembly + said that they could order and assemble it all themselves. I said OK, we've placed an order. I came to them a couple of days later to give them the computer. He told me his number. They found my order. We collected it in just 35 minutes! And in terms of money, it turned out to be cheaper. I would buy 150 rubles myself, and this is taking into account their work! I am very pleased! I also bought Klava inexpensively. I will definitely contact you on the computer) everything is cool and I was pleased with how quickly we did it!

However, if we talk about the warranty department and after-sales service, this is complete darkness, the so-called specialists kept the system unit at home for two weeks (i.e., a month in total) because of my handling of the fallen network card, and did absolutely nothing - as there was a problem, so it remained. The first time the network itself was replaced, the problem was not solved , the second time it was tested, assembled and disassembled, they say "everything works for us", come and get it. And what do you think? that's right - as the network card was not working, it remains that way. As a result, the time spent, the money for transportation, and the result are zero. To summarize, I would like to say: as a hardware store, it will work. But as a service , repair, and so on, I highly recommend not contacting here!

On May 2, at lunch, they send photos with damage to the corner of the laptop case, from where the damage is not clear (( I sent it absolutely intact, with video card problems!!! The video card was repaired and was about to be sent back. I asked to align the case and return it to its normal state, because I do not want to take it in a broken form... To which I was threatened; < that the video card would be returned to non-working condition, and the laptop would be removed from warranty altogether >... What right do you have to break my laptop and for which such a lot of money has already been paid????!!!! Not only did the poor-quality product turn out, but it is also not clear who and how damaged the case (themselves, or in delivery) Why should I take a broken laptop if I gave it away intact???!!! In the end, I asked to replace my laptop (I chose it for about the same price, but a different model), the laptop was replaced without any problems, because the cost of repairing the old one was more than 20% of its cost.
