Their diagnostics are free, but if they open the device and announce the cost of repairs, and the client refuses, you need to pay 40 rubles. Where is the logic, it is not clear!? After such a consultation, the desire to contact this "office" disappeared.

I bought an HP450 laptop. We spent a week figuring out that we need to replace the cable to the screen. The cable costs 40p, I was charged 180p with a cable for a replacement. They also tried to sell reinstalling Windows for 90p, although the average market price is 30p. I refused to repair it - they returned the laptop in a terribly assembled state, the keyboard sticks out, the power button just falls through. I'm afraid to imagine what else could have been "tampered with" inside. I am attaching a photo.

I contacted this workshop to repair the microwave. I wrote the stamp in advance in Viber, and the wizard named the price. Everything was fine. I bring the microwave and it starts, "Oh, so you have a model whose spare parts are at a different price... It will be more expensive...." etc. That is, the cost was initially named without looking and without understanding what they were asking about? That's how the microwave was fixed, while it's working. I had to travel twice: to take them away and pick them up the next day. If the final cost had been announced in Viber right away, it would have been better if I had called the master at home, rather than driving the car twice and listening to what they thought and assumed. I consider the "don't delve" approach to be unprofessional and not customer-oriented. It is not worth believing in the words of the master in correspondence - there are minus stars for this. Objections that the master needs to look at the technique for voicing the final cost of the work are not accepted. Somehow, magically, other craftsmen were able to determine the correct part and repair cost by the model number.

The mixer also knocks after repair. Since the road is not close, a person living in Minsk took the mixer after repair. The conclusion is that if we are from the outback, we could not come for the mixer ourselves, you can deceive us. The most interesting thing is that the payment was 140 rubles. The check was written out for 122p.

The rudeness of the receptionist is a separate topic. He insists that his name is Nothing, and he has never seen a book of complaints (very funny, however)...Avoid such "professionals"...

Minuses: - they did not warn about the cost of repairs, but it turned out to be 1/3 of the cost of a new one of this level; - we couldn't really say what was changed, and the defective parts were not returned; - they didn't give me the check.
