It looks pretty on the picture, but they didn’t properly clean the room and the bathroom. I wouldn’t come back, because it’s not worth the money. For 100€ per night I expect it at least to be clean. There were weird stains on the wall, next to the toilet. The pool and the outdoor area are nice. The staff is friendly and welcoming. That’s the reason why they get 2 stars.

I am writing to share my disappointing experience with [COMUNA] during our wedding feast on [22/08/2025]. We had high expectations based on our initial discussions, where we were assured that everything would be handled according to our requests. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of those promises. 1. **Lack of Preparation**: Upon our arrival with 60 guests, we found that many thing's was not ready as we agreed. This was particularly disheartening as it was supposed to be a special setting for our celebration. 2. **Insufficient Food**: The food served was not enough for our guests, which was disappointing considering we had discussed specific quantities beforehand. 3. **Poor Service**: The service was inadequate, with only one server managing the floor while three other staff members stood by, leading to extremely slow service. We went over two hours without any drinks being served, and only one cup of ice was provided throughout the evening. 4. **Unfulfilled Promises**: We were promised room decorations for our wedding night ,We were promised breakfast as a gift for the following morning, which was never delivered. Overall, the experience did not match the professionalism and quality that were initially promised. It's a great place. Friendly and attentive staff. A clean and comfortable beach. There is also a pine forest, you can take a walk. A particularly welcoming person, the administrator named. It was nice to relax in this place. I recommend it to everyone!

We arrived at Comuna Sevan and were extremely disappointed. The conditions do not match the photos and promises at all. The place turned out to be dirty and uncleaned, the pool was not heated, and the glamping itself was in terrible condition – everything was ruined and neglected. We couldn't stay there, stayed only about three hours and had to leave. At the same time, we were refunded only an incomplete cost of accommodation, and the administrator allowed himself to raise his voice instead of solving the situation in a civilized manner. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be extremely unpleasant. I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects comfort and adequate service. The review is most likely screwed up

A huge plus is the restaurant, the food is delicious and the service is beautiful. The cabin has everything you need. I rarely write negative reviews, but I must warn everyone who decides to consider this place for a vacation, because they spoiled my vacation a little, so I'm writing. The fact is that initially the idea was to spend a few days on the shore of the lake, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, we came from Yerevan and were a little shocked, especially after a lot of 5-star reviews about this place. First of all, you should understand that the lake itself is cold and living next to it is colder, you can safely count 10 degrees from Yerevan.(If you feel cold, you will be kindly offered a heat gun that burns oxygen, see the photo) Secondly, the base itself is located near the highway and is much smaller than it looks in the promotional photos. The receptionist told me for a few minutes that it was their restaurant and I also photographed the menu, they are exactly in this form. Thirdly, the situation was completely overshadowed when I went into the Glamping itself- there is absolutely nothing to breathe, this tent itself is made of a technical awning and all this splendor heats up in the sun. The administrator assured that it would quickly wear off and everything would be fine, so it was decided to open the entrance and ventilate, at that time to have a snack from the road. Since there is nothing nearby where you can eat, we decided to copy prices from restaurants in Yerevan, breakfasts are also separate, so be prepared to fork out. It took an hour and a half while they were cooking, but the situation in Glamping hadn't changed much, so after talking to the administrator about a refund, it was decided to leave this place. What was my surprise that this institution was not going to return the money either. Draw your own conclusions, thank you!

My wife and friends and I have been living in Armenia for several years, but we decided to spend our autumn vacation in Sevan. Considering the marketing company and the Comuna candy wrapper, we decided to give Armenian glamping a chance and try out a vacation in geodomes. But the reality has exceeded the worst expectations. From the very beginning, everything went wrong. Entering the territory turned out to be a real test: the steep, uneven descent looked more like an obstacle course than the road to the hotel. The hotel itself is not a hotel at all, but a playground with geodo- and motorhomes, the lack of hotel service from the word "absolutely". Swimming pool: it is indicated everywhere that there is a heated pool in this place. However, in fact there is no heating, and the water in it is about the same temperature as in a mountain lake. This makes using the pool almost impossible for most guests, especially in the cold season, when you want to keep warm rather than dive into the icy water. It felt like diving into a mountain lake — it was cold to the point of shivering, and even minutes in the water became a real test. Despite the advertisements about comfort and amenities, this pool turned out to be one of the biggest disappointments of our stay at Comuna. It is difficult to call it an advantage, given that the stated conditions did not correspond to reality. We expected to relax and enjoy the warm water, but the reality turned out to be completely different. Most of the guests had to simply avoid the pool, as only the bravest or the most desperate could plunge into it. As for the geodomes themselves. The pretty loft-style interior is overshadowed by a number of disgusting facts. The base of the geodomes shook with every step, causing a feeling of insecurity and discomfort. There were no basic things in the rooms: no combs, no hair balm. Towel hooks hang on snot. The air conditioners were not heated and made a continuous noise, acting on my nerves. We slept in hats and clothes, covered with all the blankets and blankets, but even this did not save us from the dank cold. It was so cold in the rooms that it felt like we were outside. The next day, when we started to find out why it was so cold in the houses and why not all rooms had heaters, we were in for another disappointment. Instead of admitting our mistake and apologizing, we heard a story from the staff that we allegedly had to ask for heaters ourselves. This explanation caused us not just perplexity, but a complete misunderstanding of how guests can be expected to know in advance about heating problems and ask for heaters themselves. The whole process of communicating with the staff was completely disorganized and unpleasant. This attitude and unwillingness to correct the situation further aggravated our disappointment. As for the "restaurant", which is praised by many in the reviews. Here a new shock awaited us. There was only one menu for everyone on the table, and then half of the dishes were not available. The prices were sky-high for what they were offering. We ordered an avocado and shrimp salad, but we got a bitter, hard avocado and a couple of shrimp. It was not a salad, but a mockery. They forgot to bring the ordered hummus at all. The "waiters" do not know the basic rules of etiquette and service rules. There is no uniform, the waiter girl has a chic, but inappropriate manicure on long nails. The service is just out. The waiters confused the orders, forgot to bring the dishes, took the receipt instead of leaving the document to the guest. The restaurant, as well as the entire territory, was infested with flies and other insects, no measures were taken to eliminate them. Smoking was allowed right in the eating area, which made the atmosphere unbearable for non-smoking guests. On the territory under the flooring around the pool, construction debris is lying around, creating a feeling of abandonment. On the second night, we saw a mouse in the geodome, and at night we listened to its rustle, which caused disgust and health concerns. There was no receptionist on duty, there was no one to turn to. Drinking water in the rooms is paid, and you can bring and eat your own drinks and food only in your rooms. Moreover, water prices were clearly inflated, giving the impression that any amenities that could be provided were being used as a way to generate additional profit. This attitude to the basic needs of the guests causes irritation and a feeling that they are trying to squeeze the maximum money out of the guests without offering anything worthwhile in return. Moreover, the restriction on eating your own food outside the rooms only reinforces this feeling, since it forces you to use a restaurant that also has serious drawbacks. The only bright spot was the delicious meat on the BBQ grill and pleasant tea, but this did not compensate for the general disappointment. Our vacation was ruined, and instead of enjoying the beauty of Lake Sevan, we counted the hours before departure. Comuna turned our trip into a nightmare. Bottom line: If you value your comfort, nerves and money, avoid Comuna. This place is not worth your time or money. We sincerely hope that our feedback will help others avoid such disappointment.

If you want to spend one night, then maybe you can. I don't recommend spending a few days with children. The price-quality does not match. Photos and videos are taken from perfect angles. It's beautiful in places, but it's clean for photos. We made an advance payment and drove there for an hour and a half. It was an expectation and a reality that did not match, alas. We went in and checked, the door handle immediately fell off, and then the refrigerator door also fell off, fortunately not on my daughter. The shower and toilet in the mobile home are designed only for skinny people. Food, drinks and alcohol cannot be brought to the territory, and the price tag in the kidney restaurant can be sold. You can go broke for a big company. And in general, there is nothing near the word at all in the wilderness.

It's a small area, there's nothing to do there for more than one day. And keep in mind that you can't get away from there by Yandex.Taxi. You will have to go for 25 thousand drams by taxi, which will be called from the reception (do not forget to take 5 thousand for yourself). The houses themselves are for an amateur, but not bad, they can be used for one night. Sevan (lakes) itself is beautiful.

We are very disappointed. When we moved in, the cottage was in terrible condition - sticky floors, dirty linens and towels, soap covered with dead flies, and a rotting melon lying on the ground in the barbecue area.… There was a blockage in one of the showers, and water was pouring into the rooms. In addition, the manager demanded an additional payment for an "additional" guest, although there were fewer of us than indicated in the booking, and the number of guests and the price were confirmed by phone the day before by their own employee. After lengthy and very rude arguments, our demonstration of screenshots and a joint study of the booking, we were nevertheless "allowed" not to pay extra and were treated to complimentary drinks. In general, this is a beautiful place with great potential, but the level of service, care of the house and territory, and the attitude towards guests are unacceptable. I hope that the owners will seriously reconsider their approach to quality and customer experience.

The most terrible hotel we've ever visited! We came to this hotel hoping to spend a relaxing holiday and enjoy the promised comfort. Immediately upon check-in, the manager assured us that the pool was heated, the water temperature was kept within 26-28 degrees, which was crucial for us. We paid for two nights of accommodation based on these promises. In fact, everything turned out to be a hoax: the water temperature in the pool was only 20 degrees, the water was icy and completely unsuitable for swimming. When asked to show the heating system, the manager began to behave rudely and aggressively, getting confused in his testimony, sometimes claiming that the pool was heated, then that "it had never been heated." As a result, he began to justify himself with "weather conditions" and even tried to convince us that "people swim in the river." Absolutely unprofessional, boorish attitude towards the guests! Besides the pool, there were other egregious violations. The restaurant-cafe is filthy and unsanitary: the sofas are stained, the tables are sticky and obviously not washed. We had to wipe the surface ourselves to get some room. Only after a persistent request did the waiter reluctantly wipe the table. For an institution that calls itself a hotel, it's just a shame. We asked the manager to solve the problem, but in response we received only irritation, arrogance and a complete unwillingness to admit obvious shortcomings. Instead of offering a discount, partial refund, or at least an apology, he acted like he was doing us a favor. Bottom line: instead of the promised vacation, we got a spoiled mood, wasted money and nerves. This hotel does not meet the stated level of service, does not fulfill promises, misleads guests and does not care about cleanliness. I strongly do not recommend it to anyone! If you value your health, time, and money, avoid this place. There are many other hotels on the market where you will be respected and will provide the services you paid for.

We visited the hotel on February 24th. We chose a geodome that was very atmospheric and comfortable. I liked that the hotel is located in a quiet and secluded place, without neighbors and noise. The service at the hotel was at a high level, the staff was friendly, helpful and very caring. It was obvious that the management was trying very hard to improve this place and add something new. The room was clean and cozy, with good furniture and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The cost of accommodation was reasonable and matched the quality. The only drawback we experienced was that the room was very cold at night. (It was -11 outside at night). Although the room had air conditioning and two heaters, they couldn't handle the heating. We had to sleep in our clothes, but we were still cold. I think this is due to the fact that the geodome does not retain heat and is not designed for such cold weather. It is worth warning guests about the temperature in the room. Overall, we really liked everything, the breakfast was excellent, we were also treated to dessert, and in the evening we were provided with a projector to watch a movie. I definitely recommend this place to other travelers, but not at this time of the year, because it can be very cold at night. I think that in spring and summer it will be an ideal place to relax in nature.

We were a little unlucky with the weather and the invasion of grasshoppers just along this strip , but it even made a special uniqueness . you understand how cozy it is to be in such an area in a thunderstorm and watch the storm on Sevan while basking in a warm bed . undoubtedly one of my romantic favorite places. guys , you can write a lot about this place and about the guys with whom it is very pleasant to communicate educated , thinking , funny , pleasant 👍 Arthur , Matthew , Henry , my bow , I shake hands , see you later . p, s. A very cool, atmospheric place to relax! Comfortable rooms (lived in the sphere), well-groomed territory - everything corresponds to the photos. Excellent level of service, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay (slippers, bathrobe, hairdryer, dental kit, etc.). Sleeping under the noise of Sevan is a separate kind of pleasure 😊 There is a pool with warm water, we swam even at +15 degrees outside. Very hospitable hosts! The stink from the sewer 3. There was an invasion of insects, the corpses of which were not bothered to get rid of during the 3 days of our stay 4. There were no warnings about the opening hours of the bar and breakfast hours, and two days when it was suitable for breakfast, it turned out that breakfast was not ready at 10:30, because we did not have time .....
