Nurkhan LLP is a good factory, I bought plates, the quality is excellent, I did not find it better in Karaganda, I recommend it.

Близко к городу. С документами нету беготни как в Актасе. Минус только то что человек который готовит документ долго готовит и другими делами жби занимается. Хотя если другого шустрого посадить можно за 5 минут сделать.
