Everything is great: the cakes themselves are great, especially the bird's milk and napoleon.
Mulled wine here is generally the best of what was drunk in Belarus, while it costs like a cake, 8.5 rubles.
A very stylish and courteous seller pleasantly surprised me, although, judging by other reviews, this is either not Trukhanov, or not that Trukhanov... in general, he's there like a piece of cake, and with him Trukhanov is an excellent place in terms of service!
Thank you so much for everything, we will be glad to come back for new cool cakes. By the way, the same cakes can be found 20-40% more expensive in many cafes in Gomel, especially in this regard, I was struck by the almost double mark-up for exactly the same bird's milk in the place next door.

Unfortunately, my experience of visiting the Trukhanov confectionery house (rather an average-grade canteen) left me very disappointed.
Product quality: The desserts ordered, including Carrot cake (or as the dessert owner put it), were not fresh enough, or there was initially such a taste, I did not figure out what was unacceptable for an institution with such a reputation.
Service: The staff was not friendly, but they were also rude.
Prices: For the quality I received, the prices were unreasonably high. If you promise high-quality desserts and service that justifies their cost, this expectation, alas, was not there.
As a result, I cannot recommend Trukhanov confectionery. I don't mind the time and money, but I expected better quality in both products and service. I hope they will improve their standards, otherwise they are unlikely to have many loyal customers.

They bought a cake on Barykino Street, gave money to the seller, he asked for a change, it was not there, to which the seller did not respond, but a voice came from nowhere, these are your problems, go and look (without a badge), I explain "dear", there is nothing to take rudeness, to which the answer is: "Don't call me that", the question is asked, how to address, what to respond to: "I'm Trukhanov and I'm off, so we won't serve you," I explain that we're in a place where people are served and there's no reason to refuse, to which he said that he was a sole proprietor and I was at his house and sent three letters, to which he caused a smile for such behavior, stands and says "what are you laughing at here. .." Well, there's a guy like that :" I'm the owner of the dump, and the dump is mine."
Question: how is such an individual entrepreneur allowed to open a store if he considers a store to be his home? When opening an individual entrepreneur, it is necessary to explain to such would-be IP officers that such establishments cannot be opened at home.
The so-called Trukhanov would like to heal his nerves and explain what customer orientation is and that you can smile especially in pastry shops.
Have a great mood, everyone. Buy cakes, pamper your loved ones, but not here. You are not welcome here and your mood will be ruined.

He was rude, his eyes were burning with hatred for customers. He insulted customers in front of me with two 5-7-year-old children and I got hurt. I was the same with a child of 6 years old. After I asked (I am not a conflicted person) to behave correctly, I was sent and received a promise that I would never be served by Trukhanov, this eccentric man gives his word. It's a great place! I was there for the first time - a colleague brought an Esterhazy cake to work, and I liked it so much that I decided to buy it by March 8th. Very tasty, I took it on Victory. There I also noticed a showcase with cake slices and realized that the prices for them are quite affordable, so I will definitely come back here.

It's just the daily rudeness of management as the norm. It doesn't matter who is standing in front of him: a woman twice his age or a young girl - bad manners and arrogance rule. Either he defiantly does not turn around and is silent, and if he answered so little, he does not refuse
No dessert is worth a spoiled mood and disrespect. This is my last room and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Yesterday I visited this place for the first time on Victory Street and was shocked. The air conditioner was turned off, it was not possible to stay indoors. In this regard, she left without buying. A few minutes later, returning through the pastry shop, I saw the seller's girl being picked up by an ambulance. Apparently, the temperature in the room affected her well-being. Where the management is looking!!! I hope the girl is all right. The station's plumbing could use a check. The quality of the product in such conditions now leaves doubt.

It was my first time in this institution. And that was my last trip.
I am in a good mood and looking forward to a new dessert (mousse cakes), I came to the institution.
Narcissistically, aggressive, self-satisfied "turkey" (there is no other way to convey the impression), offered me desserts. To my questions, they talked to me arrogantly, devaluing and fighting with me as an equal (for a minute - a male Pastry Chef). Apparently, such an appeal to a woman and in general to a buyer is taught in France. To my words that for sellers, you are very rude. I was told that "I'm not a salesman, I'm a Pastry chef." And apparently this removes responsibility for His behavior from Him in every possible way. The management of the institution should take into account that these situations adversely affect your reputation, attendance and, accordingly, revenue.
I'm betting on desserts :
Napoleon (4 balls of them 10) that "milk liquid like cream" is absolutely not custard and does not prescribe cakes in any way. Dry cake.
Mousse (which I was threatened with in court, like patented). If you are so afraid of competitors, maybe you should leave the market?!
Worthy of 5 out of 10. The cookie backing is not in the subject. The fruit filling is too sour - which in my opinion - standing out - spoils the whole dessert. But the white cream itself is not bad. Density, sweetness- delicious.
In total, I give 1 star only because of the cream in the mousse. Everything else wants to be better: the desserts themselves and the service.

And this is despite the fact that cakes are not cheap and even plastic appliances are charged separately.
The atmosphere is pleasant, in winter there are only not enough hangers for outerwear. The staff is friendly. The tea/coffee selection is good.
