It's a lovely hotel.
I stayed there before Christmas. It was beautifully decorated.
The service is excellent . The view of the Bosphorus from the room was amazing.
Breakfast is not plentiful, but quite varied.
The restaurant on the top floor also has a stunning view.
The Italian restaurant is beautiful and very tasty.
The location is such that you can't walk anywhere, then a taxi is always nearby and there were no problems.
The lobby is very cozy, they played the piano in the evening.
I advise you to choose this hotel for pleasant and festive events. He's worth it.

The view of the Bosphorus is amazing, the staff is wonderful, but there are no Russian speakers, well, it's written on the hotel's website. It is not a very good place to visit the sights, because it is located in the European part of the city. The rooms are clean and spacious. Byredo cosmetics. Comfortable terraces. The cuisine is amazing, high-quality and very tasty, and the selection is very large.

We spent three days at this hotel. The hotel makes a good impression, a beautiful lobby, a nice and cozy room with a comfortable mattress. You can note the beautiful view from the panoramic windows of the room to the city, especially beautiful at night. We didn't go to the sauna, in the restaurant on the 14th floor, mostly people drink alcohol in the evening, I'm not even sure if there is anything to eat there. Of the minuses - when you came to the room, there was a little smell of sewage in the room. According to some colleagues, the design in the room is starting to become outdated, but the furniture does not seem worn out, if you like when there is a lot of wood trim, then you will not feel it. In general, I would come here again for this kind of view, provided the price is adequate. Of course, this hotel, with all its advantages, cannot be compared with the Swiss hotel, or Adahan de Camondo

The hotel is normal, but a little old, it would be necessary to renovate. The breakfast was not impressive. There seems to be a lot of everything, but most of it is not particularly tasty. The red light on the door tends to light up spontaneously, indicating that you asked not to be disturbed. As a result, when you return to your room in the evening, you find that your room has not been cleaned. Please note that they will require a deposit of 6,000 liras. I'm fine, but I'm not thrilled.

I entered the parking lot 2 times to use the electric vehicle charging station. Both times, internal combustion vehicles were parked in the station area. Also, the first 30 minutes are free. It already takes time to park the car and start charging. after 30 minutes, you will encounter exorbitant prices. Parking is generally cramped and inadequate. If you are not a hotel customer, the chances of being mistreated are very high. If "important" people are at the hotel, you cannot use the parking lot.

The best hotel experience. The view from the window is super, the service is excellent, the buffet in the morning is very varied — a large selection of food, freshly squeezed juices. There is a swimming pool, saunas. The location is not close to the main attractions (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque - ~ 1.5 hours walk, Galata Tower, bridge — about an hour). The location of the hotel itself is good. The rooms are quiet, there is no outside noise. The room is comfortable, Byredo cosmetics. I appreciated the service and staff by 4 : a deposit was requested at the reception (in the conditions of the hotel, on the website or when booking this information was not available) we were ready to leave, but if the card is the World. The hotel refused us and did not want to check in. Payment in full for the room was made for 3 nights. In total, the managers were connected and we were settled, but the mini-bar was locked (we didn't need to). Next 3 days there was no cleaning in the room, but towels, no water. We came to the reception on the 2nd day and asked to clean, but, alas. There was no result. The issue escalated to the Yandex Travel booking service - within 10 minutes the problem was solved - they brought us water and towels. As it turned out, we allegedly had a red button burning - do not disturb))) of course, they made a mistake themselves, too, but the hotel staff was not warned and did not note this earlier, so I put 4. But most likely the next trip will also be to this hotel

We tried to pickle in the Deluxe with a partial view of the Bosphorus (and a full view of the booze on the terrace below) instead of the Executive with a view of the Bosphorus. When she asked to be moved to a paid room, the employee told a colleague in Turkish that "oh, it didn't work out." Well guys, kamon, 5 stars???

Wonderful hotel, service, but they don't speak Russian or don't want to. We stayed in February 2023, we took a room with a view of the Bosphorus. When we entered the room for the first time, the view was amazing! Panorama of the Bosphorus, ships passing through it and seagulls flying past the windows. The restaurant , the relaxation area on the terrace, the friendly staff, I liked everything. Good luck to everyone!
