We had a rest for 2 weeks, it seems to be normal, but in our opinion there are serious drawbacks : WiFi is only in the cafe, and 5 meters away there is a plate of soup 500p compared to the cafe in the village of Tsandripsh, the usual prices are only 100 meters from the Constant. The sea is very close, but the width of the beach is only a couple of meters and the entrance to the sea is awkward. There are huge boulders under the water, and people went to the right to sunbathe and swim. What I liked was that the pool, although small, was beautifully decorated and heated, there were minor interruptions with water, but this is nonsense, and I also want to note that one evening there was an emergency power outage in Constant there is an emergency diesel generator and when the whole New Athos was in total darkness for 40 minutes, our hotel glowed in the dark. The good hotel staff are very friendly and courteous women, the bartender is beautiful. I would like to mention the Rubico bar employee separately, this girl is calm and polite, and Anya, a hotel employee, is on her feet like a bee all day, besides, our countryman, as it turned out.

We had a rest in the second half of June. Eight beautiful days. Great hotel and service. We were looking for a hotel with a swimming pool. Since we were with a small child. Heated swimming pool. You can hide in the shade under the palm trees. We ate here at the cafe. Everything is delicious. The sea is awesome as always. Lots of greenery. I shared my impressions with my friends. I am writing a review in hot pursuit. We just returned from Abkhazia and the Constanta Hotel yesterday. Previously, we had a rest during the May holidays and in September last year. I was very pleased that the owners improve and decorate their house every time to make it beautiful and cozy for the guests. Wine at the hotel is a separate conversation! It's just wonderful! The views are stunning, especially from the second floor. Palm trees, sea, pool - delight. Very friendly and helpful staff! Thank you for the welcome and the warm atmosphere! Will we come back again? We had a rest from 06/24/2025 to 06/28/2025. New Athos was recommended by a friend, but a different hotel. I chose the "Constant" and did not lose. Nearby there is a railway station, a market, shops and a pharmacy.A luxury hotel on the first line with a swimming pool. Helpful and attentive staff, special thanks to Milana, Nastyusha and Anna Viktorovna!!! There is a cafe at the hotel, the food is delicious. You can also book a guided tour here. I had my first vacation in Abkhazia, namely at the Constant Hotel. After reading a bunch of negative reviews, we arrived only for 7 days, which we immediately regretted. The hotel is beautiful, but not Turkey, but it depends on why you are going. We were traveling beyond the sea and the sun. The rooms are good, cleaning is done daily. It is very convenient that there is a cafe on the territory, you do not need to go anywhere, if desired, you can order food in the room. Most of all, I liked the fact that after swimming in the purest sea, you can climb up to the beautiful veranda and sunbathe. There are not a huge number of people. The girls who work at the hotel are just super, thank them very much, they will tell you everything, help you cope with any problem. It's very cool that during your vacation, you forget about the hustle and bustle, enjoy the magnificent nature. It was unforgettable. Thank you for our wonderful stay. We will definitely come back next year.

This hotel could easily get 5 stars if everything is washed up and the staff is intelligible. The location of the hotel is not the best, far from the common beaches, but plus that there is a small beach (not equipped), they were allowed to take sun loungers there, had a good evening until they noticed how the sewage drains from different holes right to where we swam (but this is the norm for Abkhazia). Parking for cars on someone else's territory with sliding gates, but the main thing is that there is. They did not dare to climb into the pool, as it was filled with some kind of chemistry and was all muddy and covered in foam, although they chose this hotel precisely because of the pool. The pool is very small, it seemed much bigger in the photo. In terms of cleanliness, there is also a place to strive, not disgusting, but dirty. There is garbage on the floor in the room, there was no cleaning in two days, even toilet paper was not brought. There was a hole in the floor. There are yellow spots on the bed linen (unpleasant) According to the staff, it is also not clear who is responsible for what and who has what to ask. There is no reception, there is an administrator's table in the cafe, the administrator, she is a waiter, she is a bartender, she buys groceries as we understood, so when we settled in the cafe there was no one and the order was taken by a woman cook from the kitchen, who also does not know anything about drinks, payment and so on, but there are no complaints about her She does more than she should and cooks deliciously. We wanted to eat outdoors at the tables, but it didn't work out, because the tables are all covered in dirt and crumbs. We left the hotel at night, there are no kettles or irons in the rooms. Therefore, they asked for a kettle to drink coffee at night and leave, to which they were refused by the administrator-bartender-waiter, it is impossible for fire safety, there is also nowhere to take boiling water at night, everything is closed and everyone is asleep. Then I decided to turn to some other woman who dealt with household issues such as towels, linen and so on, she gave us a kettle in the room (thanks and cheers). In general, the hotel is not nasty and you can live there, but with its own characteristics, if there were a price of 3500-4000 rubles, then there would be no questions at all, but we paid 8000 per day, so against the background of other hotels where we were for less money, this hotel seemed to us the worst of all and at an inflated cost.

Everything in the rooms is crumbling, the furniture is old and battered, the floors are swollen with moisture, and mold is in the shower. Cleaning is daily, but the rooms have not been cleaned for a hundred years, dust and dirty curtains. The cafe has a horse price tag, although the cook does not cook badly. The portions are very small, for children. You can hear the road very clearly at night and early in the morning. There are 2 drains under the pier, either storm drains or sewers, in any case, you can not swim in the sea there. It's a long way to the shops, there are very few cafes nearby, because this is the outskirts of Mount Athos. We won't come again. Based on the photos, it turned out that expectation is one thing, but reality is another, despite the fact that the cost of accommodation is far from small, and even breakfast is not included.

I understand that the administration is not responsible for the safety of things, but as if all the "suspects" were visible on the camera , how did the administration react? In general, nothing. But the staff stopped coming into the room, even for cleaning. It's unpleasant. Kitchen. There are several shifts of cooks. If you get on a good shift, you lick your fingers, you also bite, if you get on a bad shift, you're sorry. The portions are small, especially when compared with other cafes and restaurants in the area. Purity. While the cleaner was coming in, it was quite clean, they cleaned systematically, took out the trash, and after the incident, the bolt was hammered. Territory. Small, but neat. Everything you need is there, except for parking spaces, there are small features with this, but the administration has found a way out. My husband and I came from St. Petersburg by car. By the way, the hotel is located right by the road, it is noisy and if you go anywhere, you have to go directly along a busy highway.. upon arrival, no one met us, we had to go at random to look for the administrator, who first of all took the money for the entire period of stay and without showing anything, gave us the keys and sent us upstairs. The road is long and of course we dreamed of settling into a beautiful room as soon as possible. (improved comfort) But instead of taking a shower and relaxing, we had to fix the shower because it was broken, wash the toilet, because apparently it is not customary in the hotel to put the room in order after previous guests, we had to clean up other people's hair and dust. There is an age-old spider web on the ceiling, which hangs in garlands on the ceiling. In general, everything in the room is far from the first freshness ... it's scary to step on the mats in the bathroom with your feet.. Because they look about 100 years old. They were probably white once, but now they are like an old shabby rag that has probably never been washed. The bed is very uncomfortable, although it is large. My back hurts after sleeping . The mattress is stained yellow (it can be seen that it is old) There is the same old piece of carpet on the floor. Dust and dirt are everywhere. Where does the price for the room come from? 7000 per day?! Are you serious? This is without breakfast and in the room, except for a dirty empty jug and a couple of the same glasses, you will not find anything.. And the cafe is a separate topic)) The only advantages are the location (by the sea) and the plants on the territory of the hotel. The pool in life is much smaller than in the Instagram photo, and there is dirty water, which they tried to clean with chemicals for 3 days, but the water still remained cloudy, because it needs to be updated periodically. Although the sea is nearby, it does not make you want to swim, because there is a drain right under the hotel 🤢 When we realized that the vacation was going downhill, that we couldn't even eat normally for 3 days, and we were also not ready to pay for such an attitude further, we approached the administrator, explained the situation, said that we were moving out and would like to refund the money we paid for a week's stay. Of course, in accordance with the law and their contract itself. Which states that in case of departure earlier, the amount for one day is charged as a penalty, they are obliged to return the rest. To which they laughed at us and said that they do not return anything to anyone and they do not have such a consumer protection law)) it's only in Russia that we have such wonderful laws)) In general, if you like to pay for garbage and a terrible attitude - well done))

There is high humidity in the room. Even the cardboard packaging of the tablets becomes soft. And it's terribly unpleasant to go to sleep in a damp bed. The staff does not communicate even through WhatsApp. !!!The most miserable thing is that they gave my sister's personal number to some Abkhazian who asked them for it. To say that I am shocked is to say nothing!!! The cafe on the territory is delicious, but wait for the bill and food for 40 minutes.... Ask for sugar and spoons yourself. As it happened, we finish our vacation in Abkhazia by visiting this hotel. Wherever we live in Gagra, Pitsunda or Sukhum, we always come to New Athos and the Constant Hotel. The staff is very friendly. The owners of the hotel are not only competent hoteliers, but also notable winemakers. The most gorgeous homemade wines. Some of the best in all of Abkhazia. We spent nine wonderful days in Constant! The hotel is located at the exit from New Athos towards Sukhum. Athos is located almost in the center of Abkhazia, which is very convenient from a geographical point of view, that is, you can get to interesting places, which are so rich in Abkhazia, with minimal time, both towards the border with Russia and towards Sukhum. The hotel is small and cozy, has its own cafe with an open summer veranda, a small heated pool, the highlight is the terrace almost directly above the sea, a great place to sunbathe. On our arrival, the sea temperature was from 27 to 21 degrees, a heated pool was very useful here, you will swim in the morning, catch a pep and into warm water, the feeling that you are undergoing sanatorium procedures)). The room is clean and cozy, cleaned every day, the water pressure in the bathroom is always good, the hot water is hot. I would like to mention the cafe separately. It's very convenient, you don't have to think about where to have breakfast and dinner. We put a solid five in the kitchen, the products are high-quality and fresh. The food is served in the restaurant, the menu includes fine wine of several varieties from the hotel's own winery. After talking with the neighbors, we found out that most of them are not the first time in Constant and the room needs to be booked at least a few months in advance, that is, the hotel can be said to be "club", which is not surprising, however. For us, the question of where to stay in Abkhazia has been resolved once and for all)).. Who came by car - free Parking is available. There are a lot of places in Abkhazia that you want to visit and it is convenient to do it by car, on your own or you can rent it at the hotel. We are 100% satisfied with our vacation in Abkhazia!!!

They often write: Abkhazia is a country of the soul. And we follow the saying: Constanta is the hotel of the soul. We liked everything! And the room - we lived on the second floor with our own terrace: comfortable, clean, beautiful. And the territory is up to the sea: just go down from the second floor, walk past the pool and solarium overlooking the sea. We went swimming as soon as we wanted, at any time of the day and in the evening. We splashed in the pool, drank cocktails (drinks are professionally prepared here) under huge palm trees. The hotel has a lot of greenery. Everything is decorated with taste. There is pleasant music in the restaurant and on its veranda. The food is very tasty, and what a wine... Mmmm! By the way, the photos correspond to reality. And a very important point is people! We were surrounded by care and unobtrusive attention all the time. We travel a lot by car, this year there are 17 cities and, accordingly, 17 hotels (look for us using the hashtag #drobotydomaneside). And the Constanta Hotel is one of the best! We rested in the superior and comfort standard room. The idea of the hotel is good, pleasant atmosphere, interior, small pool (by the way, it was terribly cold for some reason, maybe the heating didn't work?), a beautiful sunbathing terrace right above the sea. In the standard room, the air conditioner smelled quite strongly of mold when turned on (not cleaned?). In both rooms there was a problem with plumbing, an inconvenient faucet on the sink, you need to make an effort and creaks as if rusted. The water in the shower lives its own life, the pressure is good, but it can run hot or cold, even if it is installed in the right position. The terrace of the comfort room is single for 2 rooms, fenced off only with pots of flowers, so if the neighbors come across normal, then it's good to either rent a family / company, because you won't be able to retire there and the passage to the room is also through the territory of the neighboring room. Surprisingly, there is no electric kettle in the comfort room for a lot of money, so morning tea and coffee is only possible in the restaurant on the 1st floor from 9 am. We swam on the neighboring beaches.The hotel is quite far from the center, it is better to move along the embankment, you can go directly to the railway station, there is not really a sidewalk along the street.

We rested with my wife for 5 days, the biggest plus of this hotel is its location: a beautiful veranda at a height of about 3 meters above the beach overlooking the sea, where you can admire the sunrise and sunset, and under this veranda there is a hinged swing, and everything is right by the sea, and on the other side of the hotel there is a view of the mountains. Very friendly, kind and friendly staff, in general, it feels "like home". There is a dining room in the hotel, for the most part it is delicious, but the prices are like in a cafe in the city center, and very expensive alcohol, wine a liter for 900 rubles is that much. Upon arrival, the room is clean (the only thing is to wash blankets more often), cleaning every 3 days, but it would be worth picking up the garbage every day (they took it out themselves). In general, the hotel is not new, it takes its beautiful views. I think he should lower the price (they paid 2700 / day for a room without food on the 2nd floor and overlooking the courtyard).

A wonderful hotel by the sea. We rested in a room with a terrace - beautiful view, clean, excellent attitude of the staff. There is a swimming pool and a small beach with sun beds. The rooms are small, bright, and decorated in a Provencal style. The hotel's cafe offers both traditional Abkhaz dishes and Mediterranean cuisine. Everything is very tasty, freshly squeezed juice and homemade cakes are just a delight. The owner of the hotel Timur is a sommelier, he studied winemaking with the best masters of Europe - he has an amazing collection of homemade wines, and what kind of coffee he makes! I recommend everyone to visit this cozy family-run hotel - you will be satisfied. I want to come back here.

Lots of plants, tables, chairs, lights, swings. Everything is fine with the staff, everyone knows their job. The pool is small, there are palm trees, there are sun beds. There were no questions about cleanliness during the entire rest period, they are cleaned normally and in a timely manner. The beach is pebbly, the location does not gather a large number of people - it is always free. Stairs lead from the terrace to the beach, level 2 floors, no higher. Despite the quite simple sound insulation, the noise did not cause discomfort. The kitchen was nice, on the level. But the prices are also at the same level =)
