Все работы по строительству дома произвели очень профессионально и качественно, что немаловажно, в оговоренные сроки. Рекомендую.

Запланировали переезд с семьей из Омска в Севастополь. Приобрели участок на Фиоленте. Времени контролировать ход строительства особо не было. Повезло, что мы сразу попали на «СтройТех». Прилетела в Севастополь на 4 дня, заключила с ними договор на строительство. И обратно домой. Прораб и менеджер дают отчёты о строительстве в фото и видео формате, с описанием процесса. Все проходит по графику, который мы утвердили с менеджером. Попросила знакомого из Севастополя съездить посмотреть, все ли в порядке. Он подтвердил, что все идет по плану, качество ему тоже понравилось. У меня опыт «удаленной стройки» дома в первый раз. И могу сказать, что он успешный!
