After visiting this place for the second time, mostly positive impressions remained: the queue is electronic, so there is no pandemonium (although this electronic queue contributes to the appearance of an entry only after a month or two, but it is possible that it was like this before), polite staff (I was surprised that the guard talks very pleasantly. It is usually difficult to have a normal conversation with them), quite fast processing of all documents within 10-15 minutes (well, if you came with normally filled ones). And a little bit about the cons: it seems that the recording is for a specific time, but in the end it still turns out on a first-come, first-served basis, since for the 10 minutes stated in the recording, poor employees do not have time to accept and register one person, (but in general, the wait was not so long, twenty minutes-half an hour), and It is also possible to pay only with a bank card (!) and with a 3% commission (!!!), we could already take terminals from other banks, and not just Halyk. In general, the impressions are still pleasant, especially many thanks to Victoria Borakhvostova, a very pleasant person to communicate with, I felt as comfortable as possible with her.
