We got into an unpleasant situation in Hong Kong, and were forced to seek help from the Consulate General. We were very unpleasantly surprised by the ill-will - compatriots who were there by chance offered a way out of the situation and support. But the employees who are there to help Russians in difficult situations did not provide any help, they did not offer any algorithm of action. So keep in mind that the staff of the Consulate General is not there for that. Alas...
