I am very disappointed with the work of the Russian Consulate. The organization is at a low level — long queues, slow service, employees do not show interest and often respond formally. To solve even a simple issue, you have to spend a lot of time and nerves. I would like to have more respect for people and a normal service that corresponds to the status of an official institution.
