I do not recommend visiting. I was in the store for the first and last time. I had to come in because I was presented with a certificate. The customer orientation of the employees is at zero. No wonder there are no people in the store. A salesman is just hanging over you in an empty store, because you need to pretend that you are standing next to him. This leads to discomfort rather than disposes to purchases. I lost a couple of sizes, and in order to buy underwear, I needed to measure it somehow or try it on at least over clothes or underwear. To which I received an answer that I could leave the laundry immediately at the checkout, there were no other offers of help. I just had to abandon the selected kits. In the same milavica, at the same cost, they will help you pick up underwear without any problems and offer different solutions. Apparently, the salary of employees is not tied to the kpi system and revenue, so that the level of service is at a high level. And the cherry on the cake is an offer of help in choosing socks to catch up, which I had to collect for the entire amount of the certificate for a year in advance, just to not return to this network anymore.
