I came to the store, the seller was sitting at the checkout on the phone, zero attention, no hello, nothing, offered no help, okay, no problem, I chose tights myself. I walk up to the checkout, the salesperson was lost in thought, and for the first few seconds she didn't even see me coming. She didn't tell me what I was buying or what size I was buying. Then she asked about the discount card, and I gave her the phone number and asked if there was a card at that number. She replied very rudely that I hadn't said the number at all. Of course, she didn't hear, because she was in her thoughts. Then she silently, passively and aggressively handed over the purchase. After leaving the store, the mood was spoiled. The brand itself is good, I often buy things from you in Minsk, there is always excellent service, but here it is disappointing.
