Hello, On November 17, I went to Eyigün Automotive located in Eskişehir Tepebaşı for the winter tire change of my car. After the transaction, I trusted the company and left without checking. However, this trust has unfortunately been grossly abused. On November 20, when my 5-year-old child noticed, it turned out that exactly 2 tires were missing on the left rear tire. This situation is not an unacceptable workmanship error, but a negligence that directly endangers the safety of life. When I immediately took the car to the company, they said that they could not find the missing original tires and installed 2 different incompatible tires. They also promised that the original shoes would be definitively supplied by November 26 Jul; however, this promise has not been fulfilled either. I would like to underline this especially and strongly: The wheel is one of the most critical safety parts that holds the wheel of a vehicle in place. Missing one or more tires carries a vital risk that can lead to tire rupture at high speed, complete loss of vehicle control and fatal accidents. This incident is not a simple negligence; it is an example of a serious service defect, even exorbitant irresponsibility. Due to both this serious security violation and the failure to fulfill the commitments made, the process I have been going through with Eyigün Otomotiv is extremely negative. I strongly warn all consumers who are considering purchasing services from this company to think repeatedly in light of this incident I have experienced.
