A great beautiful hotel in Samarkand, large bright rooms overlooking a shady boulevard, very tasty and varied breakfasts, friendly staff, currency exchange at a good rate at the reception. The bathroom has modern appliances, a snow-white bathtub with blue water, it is very pleasant to soak up after a busy tourist day, a comfortable large bed.
The only disadvantage of the geographical location of the hotel is that there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, and you can only take a taxi. I recommend the hotel

A very clean, cozy, bright hotel with a wonderful location on a green, shady boulevard, within walking distance from the main attractions of the ancient city of Samarkand.
The service is excellent, the breakfast is for every taste and hearty.
Huge rooms and very bright, which is not unimportant, unlike others where there is not enough light.
Another plus is access to the balcony and the door opens letting fresh air into the room.
There is no need to breathe air conditioning.
I recommend it and we will stay there many more times🤗

Good time of day. We stayed at this hotel.
A hotel with a good location. Gur Emir and Registan are nearby.
The hotel is well done, decorated.
Average quality breakfasts. Really, the coffee is terrible.
A small Spa, with a swimming pool, sauna (read below), Jacuzzi and hammam (hammam is good)
And now the staff that changes everything. These storytellers smile pleasantly, but they also lie mercilessly.
I must say right away, we are positive travelers, and we hysterically do not count how many times we changed towels.
1. We booked 2 rooms as much as 4 months in advance, and we are settled in the second building, without an elevator to the 3rd floor, very far away, with a view of the landfill and a saw working all day (but okay, the windows are soundproof and we travel all day), and there are even places in the room where wifi disappears. They asked us to relocate. But at the reception, the Storyteller, not elegantly depicted a millisecond search for rooms, said that the Hotel was full. Although later, we saw how a huge bunch of people were settled.
2. The tourist Tax has been recalculated several times. They will take into account that we have a child under 18 years old, that our last stop was Bukhara.... In general, the tax on the initial amount announced by the storytellers decreased by a third
3. We said that one of the rooms does not have a refrigerator. The storyteller at the reception, he said he would do it. And they put a refrigerator in which only a light bulb works. When I asked, the Storyteller started a fairy tale that the refrigerator had such a temperature, but to my question, then why is everything working in the next room. He said that they would fix it, so the refrigerator worked like a lamp..
4. Yes, by the way, there was no declared safe in one of the rooms ...
5. About the spa. The sauna was not working in the spa. To our question, another storyteller, that's just broken in front of you (but we're looking into it ...), they'll fix it tomorrow ...
Tomorrow there was a sign "Sauna does not work", which hung there until our departure.
6. In general, this smiling staff needs to be constantly poked. Then there are no forks and glasses on the table, then the hammam will be turned off when it pleases ...
The result:
1. You may be lucky and you will be settled in a good room, etc
. 2. Either you are not pretentious, and so to speak, eat what they give.
3. Choose another hotel (with normal staff)
I choose this option!!!!

A wonderful hotel where you really relax!
The rooms are clean, stylish, new and fresh. There are all bathroom accessories. Very helpful, positive staff who are ready to take into account any details and nuances, as well as create a good mood. A delicious varied buffet, where there is enough food for everyone — no matter what time you come (from 7 to 10).
There is a spa area with a Jacuzzi and a swimming pool. It is also always clean and after a whole day of walking you can relax comfortably.
In general, an unambiguous recommendation! If we are still in Samarkand, we will rest only here. Thanks to the hotel staff! We wish you development :)

The best choice for an unforgettable vacation in Samarkand! Ideal location: quiet center, walking distance to the main attractions takes only a few minutes on foot. I'll start with the pros:
- Good room stock, split system and blackout curtains (which is important for a hot and sunny region).
- Bed linen, bathrobes, towels - odorless.
- spacious wardrobe, safe, hair dryer, refrigerator, electric kettle.
Delicious breakfasts, it's a pity that there are only breakfasts.
There is a SPA, but they did not use it because there was no hair dryer and open showers.
I take off the star only for the bathroom:
When checking in late, there was a terrible smell, we decided to wash our hands at least - the aroma fell out of the sink. There was no hood or air freshener, and the open windows didn't really improve the situation. Then it turned out that the drain in the bathtub was functioning poorly. The water was leaving, but reluctantly))
On the trail.the smell was eliminated during the day while we were away, but the problem with the drain was not solved.
Life Hacks:
- Take a shoe spoon with you, it's not there. And the door hooks, there's one over the toilet))
- On the 4th floor, go out onto the terrace to admire the century-old plane trees planted by Prince Romanov.
- the nearest catering is open until 22:00, but you can go to the Blues (pub until 3:00), they have a good kitchen. Or fast food for delivery. The hotel ONLY has breakfast.

The hotel is generally excellent, but there are drawbacks!
1)Such as draining the water does not work well in the shower, you have exactly 2 minutes to take a shower and not drown yourself.
2) The window was unlimited, if there had been a drunk, she would have fallen out of the room window. 😅
3) The rooms with access to the city are gorgeous. And there is a bathtub and the view is good.
4) The sauna has not been monitored yet. "The light was turned off, the Jacuzzi was not turned on.
5) When there was a wedding, the whole 4th floor was cracking, chairs were moving, it was impossible to sleep.
In general, whatever we asked for was done. ✔️ try to fix the flaws, it will lift you up a lot!

We stayed in hotels from October 11 to 13, we were very sorry! We booked for two, the room had three beds; the carpet in the room was very dirty, the plumbing was rusty, it smelled of sewage; there were no shelves for a bag or hooks for outerwear in the room; my husband opened the balcony on the first evening, and there was an abyss!!! We have the second floor! There are NO lights, THERE is NO balcony!
We have three phones, they were charged in turn., because there is only one outlet, there is no cabinet or shelf under the outlet!! To turn on the kettle, you need to disconnect the refrigerator from the network, but first move it away!There's also one outlet; It's a shame to talk about breakfast at all!! The food is disgusting; the coffee machine is hidden behind the bar! The toaster was plugged into the socket themselves; at full boarding - two waiters (if you can call them that), who, when cleaning the tables, openly ate fruits, food from the table! Shame, the staff is hungry, not professional! My husband went out to smoke in the morning, the ashtray is full of garbage, but there is a red carpet!!! I will not recommend it to anyone!

We took a standard room for 2 nights. The price doesn't match the quality at all. To begin with, the maid threw all our food out of the fridge, thinking that it was left over from the previous guests (probably). The refrigerator itself, by the way, did not work at all. As a result, for the future, we were offered to simply put food in some kind of refrigerator on another floor. There is no convenient outlet by the bed, the only mirror in the room is on the opposite side of the room from the entrance (although these are small things, okay). The shower didn't drain, at some point you start standing in a mini tub, which then drains for a very long time. They asked me to fix it, but nothing has changed. The air conditioner either worked to warm up (the standard is about 28 degrees for all rooms) or did not work at all. As a result, it was very stuffy and hot in the room, and nothing could be done about it. Since there was no window in our room either (it was nominally there, but it faced a dark staircase and would not open). They paid about 8000 rubles per night. Frankly, money is wasted.
Although there were advantages too - the breakfast was very pleasant and tasty. And we checked in a couple of hours earlier than announced, thanks for that.

In the pool showers, do not undress, everything is visible in the middle, and there is no latch in the toilet.
Room passes are given one piece, if you ask, then the second one will be given reluctantly from a pack of new cards.
The coffee machine is broken at breakfast-this is the answer you can get, but if you ask politely, you can always get delicious coffee.
The cleaners may not say hello.
I put 3 tk the price and quality did not match.
The owner who spent a lot of money on location, design and materials probably doesn't even know how many mistakes the builders made, ruining almost everything (

Nice hotel. There was a deluxe room with 1 large bed, the only thing missing is a lounge chair with a table, for $ 95 per night, you could think about it. Otherwise, everything is fine. There is a balcony with a view of the alley, bathrobes, shower accessories, everything is there. The breakfast is good, there is a choice. The pool is small, not for passing the standards, but it will cool down enough, there is also a sauna, in my room it was all included in the price. We stayed with a group of 8 people at this hotel from May 1 to May 3, 2024. 6 standard rooms . All rooms in the building have no elevator!!! (3rd floor) , complete lack of sound insulation . In my room, in the bathtub, there is a terrible smell of rotten sewage- as if someone died((. And the most terrible thing is the view from the window - to the construction site, all 6 rooms have this view and work begins there from 7 a.m. You can't open the curtains. It is not possible to sleep.It's a nightmare(. The breakfasts are very poor. On the first day, they baked rolls, on the second day there was not even any baking (4 stars, right?))). There are no cold pancakes with or without cottage cheese , and the cheesecakes are icy.. Of the advantages: the location and the pool with sauna are good. For a moment, we booked and paid for all 6 rooms in January. To my question - did you really give us all 6 rooms the most terrible - with a view of the construction site, although you have normal rooms, the employee replied - well, someone has to live there?)). We traveled all over Uzbekistan, all the other hotels were great and cheaper. This hotel is clearly overrated and not friendly to guests. For such a view, for such a smell in the room, the hotel should apologize and make some compliments , but here people forgot about hospitality. It's a terrible hotel. Reception: we took our passports for registration - come back tomorrow, the second room key - come back in an hour. Changing the number is only a scandal. They asked for an extra blanket-they weren't supposed to, but they brought it later. There was no wardrobe for outerwear in the room. There's nowhere to hang your clothes in the bathroom. The only advantages are the location and good breakfasts.

A hotel in the center of Samarkand. The room is clean, well equipped - bathrobes, slippers, hygiene products, everything is there. Excellent air conditioning. Our room was on the ground floor. I went out on the road. There is no noise at all. The breakfasts were a little pumped up - the restaurant was not working and it seemed to us that they were delivered ready-made. But there was enough food - sausage, vegetables, fruits, fried egg, sausages were fried in the vending machine. Very helpful staff - ready to help with everything. We really liked it.

A wonderful hotel. Corresponds to the declared stars. Large, comfortable rooms with a comfortable bed, tea and bathroom facilities. Everything is clean, cleaning every day. The windows of our room overlooked the boulevard, but the noise of the cars did not bother at all. The breakfasts are delicious and quite varied. The staff is polite and friendly. The location of the hotel, on the boulevard next to a wonderful park area and historical attractions, adds advantages. When choosing a hotel in Samarkand, we recommend. We would definitely stay here on our next visit to Uzbekistan.

The hotel is great. The pool is very warm, the sauna and hammam are super. Everything is included in the price. 4* exclusively for the cramped bathroom in the room, while the room itself is huge. If there is a pool and bathrobes in the room, there are only two uncomfortable hooks in the bathroom, there is nowhere to dry things at all, and the bathtub is leaking, a puddle on the floor. If it wasn't for that, it would be 5*. The breakfasts are excellent.
