I ordered a bag almost a week ago in another city, no one called or wrote that the bag was out of stock. Every day, all week, I checked availability and it was there, I ordered, in the end nothing. I called the man, but I didn't get a proper response. I called the store itself, the woman answered, and eventually abruptly hung up. I was very disappointed in this store and the staff.
