We faced an unpleasant situation once, so 1 star. Mom asked to print out the b /w drawing A2, paid about 7 rubles. She came home and realized that she had A1 printed out (her joint too, which she did not look at right away) at the price of A2. I came the next day and said that you had printed out the wrong format for me: here is the A1 drawing and the receipt with the price for A2. In fact, it was necessary to reprint A2, without payment, apologize and that's it. But no: once again they took 7 rubles and goodbye. She won't print there anymore.
