It's a great airline. We flew on 06.11.2022 Antalya-Nizhny Novgorod flight. The guides on board are all smiling. They speak English, and they understand a little Russian too. Water / 3 types of juice /tea/coffee/ lemonade (pepsi, sprite, mirinda) were offered 2 times during the flight. there was also a snack in the form of a cheese sandwich. FOR FREE! the flight lasted 4 hours and 45 minutes. everything is strictly on schedule. The flight went great. The takeoff and landing were soft. thank you very much!

We flew from Antalya to Moscow in the summer. The plane is huge (like or was a Boeing 737), the air in the cabin is over-dried. And there is no free water! They sold us 0.25 bottles for 300 rubles. The stewards smiled sweetly and said "now" for 1.5-2 hours! It was like a perverted torture... 😖 Russian cards, of course, were not accepted. It's good that we have this 1,500 rubles lying around. As soon as we arrived at the airport, there was a queue from our plane to the stationary free drinking cups at the airport. Children, adults, men and women… It's a sad sight… It's good that the toilets were free on this airline. PS I have flown a lot of low-cost airlines (Pobeda, Pegasus, Ryanair, FlyDubai, IberiaExpress, etc.). Everywhere (!!!) always (!!!) the water is free and unlimited. Especially for children!

Without even explaining the reasons for such a delay. We flew back from Turkey again by the same company. The flight delay was also at first for 4 hours, and then when we were put on the plane, we stood on the runway for another 1.5 hours. And instead of leaving at 21.20, they took off at almost 2.30 am. So also the food is all paid. I understand if you're flying at night, you probably don't want to eat, but after sitting for so long, you can offer water for free. A couple of days ago (3.08.24) in general, the board was returned from the runway in Antalya, a malfunction was repaired, there was also a delay. They don't give you water. So think about it... written requests to both agencies were answered, saying that the flight is a charter flight, so the charter holder has the right to make changes to the flight program, change the airport and airline (a/k), and the departure time and this information is contained in the itinerary receipt... but I didn't really want to pay extra for my luggage, and even more so to go to another airport ... On the Corendon website it is indicated that sports equipment in the form of a bicycle (without a battery) costs 45 Euros... the dimensions are no more than 120x86 (l / w), nothing is said about the third dimension... with all this information, after looking at the online scoreboard, I moved to Sheremetyevo ... As a result, at the reception desk, my box with dimensions of 102x70x25cm showed 20.5 kg on the scales ... pause... they hung up the tag, the girl looked at my backpack and asked me what... Do you carry only a backpack?... to which I agreed with a nod of my head... without weighing it, I gave him my passport with a boarding pass and sent it to the oversized, which is located in the green corridor... The child was crying that his throat was dry. Our water ran out, but there was no money. They don't accept the MIR card. The stewardess herself was sitting with a glass of water and kept saying, $3...The most interesting thing is that on the way to Antalya we were given water without any problems, for free. There were very good Stewart guys. They smiled at us. The same women looked with malice at a woman with a baby.
