When registering there and back, they gave three seats for free next to each other, in the middle of the cabin, they did not even offer to pay extra for the choice of seats. Luggage is weighed, hand luggage is simply looked at and asked how many bags. The flight in both directions took off on time, thanks separately to the professionalism of the pilots, takeoff and landing are very soft, almost imperceptible. The staff is polite, they speak English and Turkish, and there were Russian-speaking flight attendants on the way back. During the flight, they offered free water and tea, as well as Turkish cheese sandwiches. The cabin is clean, the seats recline. There were no paid services on board at all. I was satisfied with the flight. An excellent budget airline.

At the end of May 2024, they flew from Nizhny Novgorod to Antalya and back a week later. They flew out of the NN on time. There were 2 rows of 3 seats on the plane. The aircraft is small (2 entrances). From the food, there and back, they gave a bun with cheese, gingerbread / cookies. They offered tea, coffee, and water twice per flight. There are no tablets (as in Boeing AerFl). The chairs are narrow and not comfortable. There are 2 toilets for the entire plane. There is a pungent smell coming from them, although the stewardesses constantly sprayed air freshener. Upon arrival in Antalya, the suitcases were not given out for about 2 hours. The flight from Antalya to NN was delayed for 3 hours. I was surprised that the plane arrived at the airport, it was unloaded, refueled, cleaned inside, loaded our suitcases (about 30 minutes), launched us into the plane and flew... The turbolift feels very good on the plane.

Everyone thought that maybe it was luggage from the previous flight. But after arriving in St. Petersburg, all the passengers of the plane could not receive their luggage, because he stayed in Antalya!!!
All 200 people got into a terrible situation, many with young children, wrote an application, filled out a customs declaration so that our luggage would be returned. In the customs declaration, I indicated the data on the weight of the luggage, which was weighed by an employee in Antalya, when receiving the luggage. They explained to me that by filling out applications, I can get my luggage in my city of Pskov, at our airport. After filling out the application and declaration, with the help of employees of Pulkovo airport, my family, mother and daughter, went home to Pskov.
But it wasn't that easy...our train has already left, due to flight delays. and there were no more empty seats on the train that day! We had to take the train to Luga, spend the night with relatives and then take the train to Pskov. So we lost money! No compensation is provided for our flight on the Corendon Airlines website!
Well, anyway, the tired ones came home and waited for a call from Pskov airport.
But even here we were not pleased. Yesterday, on July 02, an airport employee called in the evening and told us that we needed to return to St. Petersburg to collect our luggage. They can't deliver it to Pskov, because of the incorrectly specified weight! As it turned out, our luggage weighed 3 kg more than it was weighed by an employee at Antalya Airport.
The vacation is already over, all the money has been spent! And we need to return to St. Petersburg again, spend money and time! And it's not a fact that everything will go smoothly!

Most of the tourists are Russians and Ukrainians - they are all friendly in autumn. According to the level of service, rooms, filling rooms - I put 5 stars. The staff is well-trained! The territory of the hotel is small . There are not enough sunbeds on the beach , but you can lie down by the pool . One side of the hotel faces the roadway. The other is on the sea . There are excellent bungalows (huts) right by the sea on the shore with all amenities with a safe refrigerator (filled) and a fan very cozy with sofas and sun beds can be both together and with companies - served separately with 10-16 waiters 80 € per day. There are paid sunbeds more comfortable just on the beach for 20 € .

The most positive impressions about flights from Moscow to Antalya and back.
The staff is friendly, the cabin crew spoke Russian very well. The planes are clean and new, with USB charging connectors and universal 220V outlets in each place.
The delay there was only a few minutes (almost on schedule), and there was no delay at all. During the flight, we were fed: a sandwich, hot and cold drinks, plus additional water on demand (as much as you want).
At check-in at the airport, they offered superior seats at no extra charge. We were put together. Very good baggage and carry-on baggage allowance. As for the luggage, it was very loyal - there was not even a calibrator.
The luggage was also unloaded quickly, passed control, and it was already spinning on the tape.

We flew from Antalya to Samara, flight XC 9047, at 22:15.
On board, the flight attendants behaved unkindly. As soon as the plane took off, they took out a suitcase with food, closed the curtain and gnawed nuts and other food all the way, not letting people into the toilet, sending everyone to the tail of the plane.

The stewardess herself was sitting with a glass of water and kept saying, $3...The most interesting thing is that on the way to Antalya we were given water without any problems, for free. There were very good Stewart guys. They smiled at us. The same women looked with malice at a woman with a baby. Летели летом из Антальи в Москву. Самолет огромный (типа или был боинг 737), воздух в салоне пересушенный.
А бесплатной воды нет! Продавали нам 0.25 бутылки по 300 руб. За почти 5 часов мы потратили 1500 руб на базовую функцию человека.
Причем продавать стали только часа через 1.5-2 (!) с момента взлета. Мой ребенок весь извелся, выпрашивая у меня и стюардов воды. Стюарды мило улыбались и говорили «сейчас» целых 1.5-2 часа! Это было похоже на извращенную пытку… 😖
Российские карты, естественно, не принимали. Хорошо, что у нас завалялась эта 1500 руб.
Как прилетели в аэропорт, с нашего самолета выстроилась очередь к стационарным бесплатным поильникам в аэропорту. Дети, взрослые, мужчины и женщины… Грустное зрелище…
Хорошо, что туалеты были бесплатные в этой авиакомпании.
PS я много летала лоукостерами (Победа, Pegasus, Ryanair, FlyDubai, IberiaExpress, пр). Везде (!!!) всегда (!!!) вода бесплатная и неограничена. Особенно для детей!

Перелет из Нижнего Новгорода в Анталью 22.08.23 и 1.09.23 обратно. Перед полетом читала отзывы, было много отрицательных.
У нас все прошло отлично! Все как в обычном самолете. Летели 3 взрослых и 2 ребёнка (2,5 и 7 лет). Семью рассаживают заранее вместе. Пришли на стойку регистрации, сказали, что у вас уже места определены. Да, не кормят и не дают напитков - все платное, платить можно и евро и долларами и (вроде) рублями, даже с терминалом видела стюардов. Но еду и напитки можно взять с собой, мы брали и соки и воду, бутерброды и печеньки, все пропустили и туда и обратно, никто ничего не сказал! У кого-то была даже курица и помидоры))) Стюарды дружелюбные улыбчивые. Кондой в самолете работает. Вообще никаких проблем.

Только сегодня вернулись из Турции, летали туда и обратно Corendon Airlines. Честно говоря, при покупке тура очень сомневалась и даже боялась покупать тур с перелетом этой авиакомпанией. Но разница в цене между этой и Turkish была около 40 т.р, а по сравнению с Аэрофлот, еще больше, поэтому решили рискнуть. Да, в самолете экипаж говорит на турецком и английском, и лишь совсем немного на русском языке. Да, в полете не кормят, и даже не дают воду бесплатно. Но наши рейсы были без задержек , взлёт и посадка очень мягкие , прям 👏👏👏👏 экипажам. Самолёты Боинги 737, чистые, не старые. В общем смело ставлю 5 звезд! А то что не кормят - ну так и экономия по сравнению с другими перевозчиками существенная. У нас были ночные перелеты, мы спали, поэтому вообще не почувствовали никаких неудобств.

Летели с детьми чартером в Анталью и обратно в СПб. Сразу предупредили нас при покупке тура , что даже вода платная на борту. Поэтому без проблем купили воду уже после досмотра и туда и обратно, так же с собой взяла для детей пару яблок. В целом нормально все, за исключением нескольких моментов.
1. Бортпроводники разговаривают только на турецком и английском (хотя меня это не напрягает).
2. В день приелета в Анталье был сильный смог , более ранние рейсы вообще отправили в Измир, а мы нарезали круги , пока ожидали очередь на посадку. Неплохо было бы , предупредить почему мы 40 минут летаем кругами , так как время прилета была 7.25, а в 8.00 мы все ещё в воздухе без объяснения причин. Немного некомфортно было.
3. Ну это скорее к аэропорту, по всем онлайн табло и флайт радару время обратного вылета 21.00 а туристов привезли в аэропорт в 19.50 , в реалиях вылет в 22.00 (очередной стресс при мысли, как с двумя детьми за час с двумя детьми и огромными очередями пройти квест )

Август 2023г. Чартерный рейс в рамках турпакета Самара-Анталия-Самара. Выбрали его, т.к. из/в Самару очень удобное расписание, туда ночью, обратно поздно вечером. Т.е. не теряешь дни прилета и отлета. И плюс нормальный вес багажа и ручной клади (20 и 8 кг).
Оба вылета четко по расписанию.
Онлайн регистрацию в Самаре сайт не дал пройти, написав, что для нашего аэропорта это невозможно. Из Анталии получилось это сделать, но было бесполезно, т.к. на стойке не увидели наши регистрации и наши посадочные (которые пришли нам на почту после регистрации).
Зная, что на борту не кормят, и даже вода вроде как 3 евро за 0.5л., купили воду в аэропорту Самары, благо она тут стоит 1 евро, или 106р.за 0.5 литра. В аэропорту Анталии уже 3 евро. Но в тот аэропорт пускают с водой, так что имейте в виду и покупайте её в городе.
Стюарды говорят только на турецком и немного на английском.
Тот факт, что на борту не кормят (раздавали меню с платными закусками и водой, но пока до нас дошли, мы уснули, поэтому что предлагалось и по какой стоимости, не знаем), нам по итогу очень сильно понравился. Т.к. весь полет в самолёте была тишина, никто никуда не бегал: ни стюарды, ни пассажиры.
Выберем ли снова эту авиакомпанию - да.

Летел из Анталии в Падеборн. Понравилось все. Новые самолеты, широкое посадочное место , можно вытянуть ноги.Обслуживание пассажиров в колясках , коих было штук 8, вообще высший пилотаж. Все быстро , четко, профессионально. Да, и цена билета была смешная -60 евро за 4 часа полета.Ну а кормить бесплатно никто не обещал

Геноцидный, Негуманный вышколенный до тошноты сервис, который за 5 часов полёта воды не предлагает бесплатной! За 2,5 евро не все могут позволить воды купить! Первый раз за всю жизнь такое встретила! Не знала что это возможно! Первый и последний раз взяла тур с чартером этой компании. Туроператоры! Вы бедные за те деньги что отбиваете путевками в горячий сезон, учитывая сгоревшие дни у туристов с ночных прилетов и утренних вылетов? С кем делите излишки от 2х переплаченных суток отеля и: идеи безумных экономистов- от стаканчиков с водой!!!??? На чем ещё экономию разводить будете? Отправьте без денег своих "экономистов" на этом борту часов на 5-10 часов полёта...

Перелет Анталия -Домодедово август 2023 .Полный шок…. Я все понимаю,когда раньше весь путь составлял максимум 2,5 часа ,авиакомпании не представляли питание, но напитки вроде были всегда (касается всех авиакомпаний).НО сейчас полет 4,5 часа и надо понимать ,что за это время всем уже хочется попить и перекусить.Платное меню это просто вышка !Это вообще без комментариев ….Летели с 19 часов до 23:30 ,все это время горел свет в салоне,да ещё и белый ,как в реанимации .Кондей дул просто невозможно ,в салоне было холодно ,видно было ,что народ мерзнет!Трижды просили уменьшить ,ничего не менялось!!Пледы на борту отсутствуют, впервые сталкиваюсь с таким!Сколько летала ,во всех авиакомпаниях пледы предоставляли.Плюсы:задержек не было,багаж получили быстро.

Летели данной авиакомпанией из Турции. На сайте прошли онлайн регистрацию, сохранили посадочные талоны. За доп.плату можно было поменять места. Когда пришли на стойку регистрации с надписью “online check in”, нам заявили, что на этот рейс нет онлайн регистрации, стойте в основной очереди. Ну ок, постояли. Подходим еще раз, показывает посадочные талоны. На что девушка разводит руками и говорит “System” и дает нам абсолютно другие места, еще и 3 рядом и 1 отдельно. И вот самый интересный вопрос, на который нет ответа - если бы мы вдруг решили купить места за доп.плату на сайте, нам бы тоже сказали «сорри, виновата система»?
На борту нет даже воды бесплатно, что меня поразило, такого мне еще не встречалось… особенно, учитывая, что самолет был полон детей.. оплата только налом.
Каким-то чудесным образом нам погнули 1 сторону ручки чемодана.
В общем снимаю 2 звезды исключительно за обслуживание, так как состояние самолета хорошее, рейс не задерживали, а по прилету в Домодедово да даже подали рукав.
Впечатление противоречивое.

Полет 2023 апрель месяц в обе стороны- чартер.Как лоукостер с задачей справляется хорошо-ввиде маршрутного такси из России в Турцию.
Самолеты в отличном состоянии.Видно что авиапарк в тонусе!-это важно так как является основной безопасности полетов.
Минус в том что Стюарты не знают русского совсем, хотя английским владеют,какой либо бытовой момент на борту или не дай бог что,внятного ответа думаю не получится, ну это скорее особенность. На борту питания нет совсем и даже воды! Все за отдельную плату. Повторюсь актуально на чартерах Россия- Турция 2023.
Туалет пока бесплатный😁

Friendly staff,attentive, polite. The plane is clean, there are small queues at the check-in, I flew with my husband, asked to be seated next to him and we were placed at the window next to him. The flight was very calm, everything was on time without delays, I recommend this campaign to everyone.

Нормальная турецкая авиакомпания!✈️🇹🇷 НЕ кормят во время полёта, но можно купить еду. Багаж 20 кг., но можно объединить и сделать чемодан потяжелее если летите на отдых не один. Бортпроводники говорят по турецки и английски. Все объявления делают на русском языке, включая записаннуое аудио на телефоне👨🏻✈️ На фото опсценки бортового ПЛАТНОГО питания!

Не нашла подтверждения отрицательным отзывам. Самолеты новые, чистые, стюардессы и стюарды вежливые и приветливые, посадка и взлет были изумительно мягкими и максимально незаметными (впервые узнала, что самолеты могут настолько комфортно садиться). Но имейте ввиду, что не кормят. Летели туда и обратно по 5 часов - без питания. Можно заказать по меню. Чай, кофе, газировка, например, стоит 3 доллара, вода 2,5 доллара, сэндвичи, суп и мясное в районе 8 долларов. Но нужно иметь при себе мелкие купюры. Без проблем можно пронести с собой перекус в разрешимых размерах (бутерброды, шоколад, воду и т.д., кастрюлю борща с собой брать не стоит). Багаж у нас входил 20 кг на человека + ручная кладь 5 кг

It is a pity that I have to write a negative review about this company, but the fact that ignorance of the Russian language can lead to disaster forces me. On board, the person became ill, when contacting the flight attendants for a first aid kit, none of them understands anything in Russian! How so? After all, there are only Russians on board! After all, you can learn the most necessary words, expressions! Even somehow ashamed of the Airline!!! In response, I heard from one of them that I should learn English and Turkish myself! That's it, comrades!!!

Летали данной авиакомпании с Домодедово в Анталию(04.07.2023 и 14.07.2023). Полет туда и обратно был без задержек , прилетели раньше назначенного времени. Узнали что на борту все платное заранее , поэтому были готовы. Самолёты маленькие , спинки откидываются , но не везде . Когда летели в Анталию было очень душно , что человек упал в обморок при посадке. Обратно было холодно. Бортпроводники не разговаривают на русском языке. К сожалению по прибытию в аэропорт Домодедово выяснилось , что потеряно 4 багажа.

Отвратительная компания.. Летели из Анталии в Москву.. Перелет 4 часа 20 минут. Нет бесплатной даже воды.. Не было при себе наличных денег и всё мы не смогли даже попить ..и это вообще, обезвоживание, чего нельзя допускать при перелётах .. Бортпроводница трещала как сорока, на английском языке, половина салона самолёта пенсионеры, не знающие английского..она смотрела на них с усмешкой, а они на нее, как на дуру, извините .. Я считаю , что если иностранная авиакомпания оказывает услуги в другой стране, то и бортпроводники должны разговаривать на языке страны, в которую летят ..
