St. Petersburg, Hotel Kaetia. We stayed with our colleague for a couple of days. We really enjoyed the wonderful breakfast, the clean room, and the service, 5+. We really liked it and want to say thank you. Mr. Aziz, the night boy, was very helpful. We'll thank him for his help.👍👍 Employees like him deserve to be kept on a tight schedule.

The photo of facilities is very good. It’s old, but still you’ve got the charm of the place. We arrived today. I was just a bit shocked with the hospitality with the reception desk. They’ve got some tangerines on the Reception table. As my kids started taking them the receptionist put them away. I can say the typical hospitality of Saint-Petersburg. In my room, the fridge is locked. I called all the numbers on my phone. Nobody replied, So the team is not doing the job properly. So we will see until tomorrow and maybe we will change the hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights .. it was amazing the staff are very nice polite and friendly the location is AMAZING .. one thing I did not like is the breakfast they are not changing it otherwise highly recommended
