One of the most horrible 5 star hotels. The food is not good, only the desserts and salmon. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Most of them don’t understand English. We forgot flippers on the beach, the next morning they were not there and nobody helped. We were shocked. There are so much staff and nobody does anything. The beach is bad, in July you will not find a nice sunbed. The service about which so many people wrote is really awful this year. You have to ask 7 times and wait a lot.

Overall, the hotel is good. There was a lot of food everywhere you went during the day. If you check in or check out at night, you will be fed from 00:00, but there is not much choice. In the main restaurant, if you do not arrive at the very beginning of breakfast / lunch / dinner, all the goodies will already be eaten. We went in October 2025, and there were places on the sun beds on the beach and on the pier. The beach itself is cleaner than the neighboring hotels, which are much more expensive. The animation was every other day, mostly dance groups, children's animation was daily. We were able to get to Ala-kart twice during the trip. There were several free restaurants to choose from, and several for an additional fee. One of our ala-maps, if they hadn't asked where it would take place, they wouldn't have been able to get in, since the lights were turned off and nothing was happening at the reception, they explained that on cold evenings— dinners are held indoors. The main building is well renovated, newly renovated. Initially, they wanted to move into the building closest to the exit, but then (perhaps because of the birthday) they moved into the main building. The staff is practically not Russian-speaking, at the reception for sure, the girl from the guest repetition tried to explain so that we would understand. A very tasty coffee shop during the "afternoon tea" hours, we really liked the Turkish coffee, which is served with a couple of cubes of onion and cheesecake. Upon check-in, they said they would wish you a happy birthday, but I had to ask several times if there would be anything until they brought a fruit plate, a bottle of wine and a cake. As stated, we did not find heated pools, it was just cool to swim in the pools, the water in the sea was warmer. There is a lot to walk around the territory, towards the sea, and into the courtyards of buildings far from the sea. We went to Lend of legends from there, the transfer takes us from the hotel gate, and the cost was $11 per person round trip. We searched for the tour ourselves on the Internet, even though the driver didn't speak any languages other than Turkish, we were able to go and come back without incident. From the hotel you can walk to the center of Belek slowly in an hour, the road runs along the highway, from the hotel to the highway it takes 5 minutes off-road, then there are decent sidewalks. The water in the sea was warm and clear, but biting fish swam a couple of times, leaving traces of scratches and blood. They picked up from the airport by minibus, the journey took about 1-1.5 hours with check-in at other hotels, on the way back they picked up 6 hours before departure, on a large bus. The vitamin bar offers delicious fresh juices. The spa area is open, you can safely go to the salt room, dry bath and hammam. If you need scrubbing, massages, etc. — it is paid separately. Our room was large, we compared it on the website, most likely even more than what was bought on the tour, freshly made, but we didn't fully understand why the green illuminated leaves were turned off all the time.
