There was a nuance in the cost - I signed up for a certain procedure, but in the end, after discussing with the master, we chose another one, but did not warn about the cost, which increased almost 2.5 times. Maybe it's my fault that I didn't ask, but I would like to hear the cost immediately, especially when it changes significantly in the process.

Will I come to this salon again or recommend it to someone? No and no. Having specially grown the length and come with several photos, including my own, in order to specifically show what kind of hairstyle I want, they completely ruined my appearance, emphasizing all the flaws. I give one star for immediately agreeing to "fix" the work of one master, replacing it with another the next day. Although the result still came out completely wrong, and almost the entire length had to be removed.Perhaps everything would not be so sad and critical if it were not for an important event in the near future. Complete disappointment and unprofessionalism. And what makes you even more angry is the price tag is above the average in the city! They charge the maximum cost for a haircut , but they don't know how to cut it. If you need a beautiful square of medium length, then you DEFINITELY are not here.

My first acquaintance with the salon took place about a year ago (I was at the salon on Novovilenskaya). I decided to do a complex coloring and models were needed in the salon (I will not name the name of the master who did the coloring). Unfortunately, the coloring was not successful, which disappointed me very much and left a negative impression of the salon.
Alexandra worked in the same salon (now she works on Dzerzhinsky Ave.), whom I turned to on a recommendation to restore my hair. And now for the last 9 months. Alexandra is engaged in restoring my hair and I want to say that this is the best master I have ever met. I am always attentive, very sensitive to my work, always worried about the result, for which I want to say a big thank you))))

I decided to try grooming + haircut for the promotion, found it through advertising, and at the same time discover a place where I will go on a regular basis. From the very first minutes, the master began to offer me to make keratin, which needs 3-5 procedures, I said that for now I plan to try the minimum care that I came to. When I was washing my hair, she asked if I wanted to change my hair color, suggested toning. I had to refuse again and say that maybe next time, thanks for the offer. When I was drying my head, "let me show you our magic oil, the hair shines wonderfully, it nourishes the ends, only in Belarus it is sold, 60 rubles." When she even got up to pay, she says, "even from here you can see how your hair shines!".
It's very embarrassing when you don't stop being sniffed at procedures and products throughout the procedure. At 7 o'clock after a working day, you want to relax in a chair, and not look for words for another refusal. With such aggressive marketing, you only alienate your potential customers, I will not come to you anymore.
And, yes, if someone is going there anyway, check before the procedure whether their terminal is working, because it is not very convenient to find out only when paying that you can only pay by transfer or in cash. You need to warn about this

I can't recommend this salon. I decided to update my haircut and coloring. I chose a promotional haircut + toning package, and saw this salon in an advertisement. But I was unhappy with the result, the color turned out to be much darker, the haircut was weak, the bangs were made 2 times shorter than agreed (not a turn of speech, really 2 times shorter) The girl responded to this remark by saying, well, it's straight and it's going to be that long. First of all, no it won't. Secondly, why would I need it straight, if it was about styling, they don't wear straight bangs like that. But everyone doesn't care anymore, you can't bring back the cut-off hair))). I think it's very expensive (295p) for such a poor result. It's a very strange pricing for such a mediocre salon. After all, there is no uniqueness or over-professionalism. And there is something to compare it with. In general, 2 stars only for the receptionist's girlfriend :)
When choosing, it's better to contact other establishments.

First of all, I would like to note the cleanliness in the cabin and the cozy atmosphere. The procedure itself was as comfortable as possible, the hair after leaving is something. I want to touch them all the time! Such soft, well-groomed and beautiful, the effect lasted longer than a month, and this is considering that I did not use any masks from home care. I think it is very worthy, I will definitely come back!

I rate not the masters, but the salon administration, who for the third month cannot solve the heating issue. In October, I was in the salon, they said that the administrative premises were still not connected. At the same time, they did not even consider it necessary to put a heater on. Well, OK, I endured it. I return 2 months later in the hope of a comfortable service, but again the same story. The only difference is that the heater has appeared. But its efficiency is equal to the efficiency of heating with a lighter. Warmth is felt only if you embrace this misunderstanding, which is called a heater, a meter or two away from it it is still as cold as without it.
Salon management, try to sit for 5-6 hours with a wet head in this cold. The tooth will not fall on the tooth.
To clarify, I was wearing very effective woolen clothes and ugg boots. But even this could not neutralize the temperature regime. Apart from me, there was not a single customer in the salon for all 6 hours. You are clearly not going the right way, comrades
