Безразличное отношение руководства . Некомпетентность и пренебрежительное отношение к клиентам. Если по мелочи (масло поменять и т.п), то ещё можно. С серьезными поломками не рекомендую, концов и крайнего (виновного) не найдете. За каждого клиента борются люди! Такое впечатление, что клиенты для вас, а не вы для них... Меняйте отношение, либо потеряете клиентуру
