We had a rest in August 2024, and we were very satisfied! We got a room on the 3rd floor of a building with a swimming pool (the hotel has two buildings - a building with a reception and a pool, we lived in the second). The pool is located on the highest floor, the deck chairs are under the roof, and the pool is open-air. It was amazing to swim in it late at night in the rain, the best memory of the trip. 🥰 The windows don't open in the rooms, but that's for the best, no insect will crawl in) Water bottles were placed every day during cleaning, because you can't drink from the tap. Sometimes it was hard to stay in the room because of the humidity, especially after a shower, the hair practically did not dry out). You can do laundry in the hotel itself, you just need to exchange paper money for coins and use the laundry room by the pool, there are washing machines and dryers (without dryers, I'm not sure that you can dry things at all). At first it was a bit difficult to figure it out, the instructions seemed to be only in Thai, but in the end they somehow got through)) The hotel is really a youth hotel, people with laptops are always taking up all the seats on the ground floor throughout the day) there is a mini-coffee shop on the same counter with the reception, where you will receive a deposit of 100 baht per person per day, it accumulates, does not burn out. Very tasty sandwiches, croissants, but there is nothing else to have breakfast there) This is not a problem, as there is a large shopping mall with a food court in five minutes, and a night market with cheap and delicious food opens in the evenings. There are a lot of street musicians around, which is a big plus for me. In order to get to the beach, you need to cross the road and go through another hotel, but it was OK for us, we didn't go to the beach very often) In general, the atmosphere is so relaxed that you immediately catch the same vibe yourself, we have never been so relaxed before. The massage parlor in front of the hotel (near the entrance to the beach) is beyond praise, we highly recommend it! And be sure to go and see the elephants!

The hotel is located in the very center of Koh Samui. For me, it is very similar to an apartment hotel. yes. adequate rooms, fresh renovation, cleaning, everything is clean. There is a shopping center nearby, where, in principle, you can buy a lot of things. the price for which I was there is only two 400 rubles. what makes this hotel simply the best in terms of price-quality ratio. the only drawback is that the windows are blind glass, you can't hang clothes on the balcony, because there's no way to dry anything. It's a very nice hotel. The location is very convenient, close to the sea, next to a shopping center with Tops and a daily market. There are many cafes with traditional Thai food at average prices and good service on the waterfront. The staff is very kind and helpful. You can rent a bike and a car at the hotel, order a transfer and buy a tour at an adequate price. Cons: the rooms on the 1st and 3rd floors have small windows and are cramped. A swimming pool with no possibility to sunbathe there. I would like to have more varied breakfast options. And so we highly recommend you to visit. In terms of price-quality-location ratio, this is one of the best hotels I've been to in all my travels in Thailand.

The location is perfect, but that's it. And yes, the prices are cheap for Koh Samui. There is horror on the ground floor of the room, there is nothing to breathe, musty air and a lot of mosquitoes. The windows do not open in all rooms!!!! Try to move us to the floor above, they transferred us. The third floor is much better!!! Don't take breakfast, it's a waste of money. There are many cafes nearby, it's better to eat there

The hotel is located on the same territory as the Samui Central shopping center. It positions itself as a hotel for young people. In general, it corresponds to the concept. The rooms are small, but clean and fresh. There is a rooftop pool, a self-service landry. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The service at the hotel is at a decent level.

A modern, clean guest house. Of the disadvantages, you just can't go to the sea, the first line has managed to use other living rooms that you can't walk through. When parties are held near the center of the festival from the lake, the audibility is excellent) instead of relaxing, you hang out with them 😁 there are no breakfasts, a normal Thai buffet with scrambled eggs))) and in general, a good location (center). Friendly staff. Free parking for a rented bike. Well, if you're on a bike, you don't care about the location, you're mobile, you're not tied to a place 🙂

We stayed here for 2 nights, it's good that no more, because it's impossible to live here for a long time, and especially with a family. Breakfast is only coffee and a bun, which is very bad for a person who wants a full breakfast, 100 baht is given for breakfast, given that 45 baht coffee and 85 croissant or muffin, you will still owe 30 baht. In general, you have to have a snack and go to the mall for breakfast. We were settled on the 1st floor, the dampness is terrible, the view of the shopping center parking lot, the windows do not open (the windows do not open anywhere, by the way), the air conditioner does not help to make the air cleaner. There is no clothes dryer, it is not known where to dry towels or laundry after washing… A pool without sun beds, it will not work, for me, as a lover of the pool, and not salt water, this was an important factor, unfortunately the photos are very deceiving on booking sites. Conclusion: the hotel is OK for 1-2 nights, but not for the whole rest and stay. It seems to be more suitable for young people who came to hang out in nightclubs and so on…
