The main advantage of this hotel is the location, the first line, near the beach, a lot of cafes (cheaper than in the center), massage parlors (twice cheaper than in the center). Of the advantages, there are no Chinese. And a big plus is that they clean well. Everything else is just a minus- the repair is elderly, the rooms are small, the towels are leaky (but clean), hot water is not always available, often something breaks in the rooms, then the shower breaks off, then the light bulb burns out. There is a TV with the first channel, there is air conditioning, in general for the not fastidious and if cheap, then it is quite satisfactory.

The hotel is located quite well, in an alley opposite the entrance to Love Story. This is probably his only advantage... The rooms are very shabby and dirty...although cleaning is done every day))) only toothbrushes and pastes were used for hygiene products. Towels are not the first freshness, sometimes they were brought with holes!!!!! They changed it at the reception without any problems))) There is construction nearby!!!!!! That's the sadness....wherever the room is located, you will still wake up at 6-7 in the morning from the terrible noise of the excavator! I visit Vietnam two or three times a year...this is to make it clear that I have an understanding about inexpensive twos!

It's old, the reception is ugly with a dirty aquarium, sleeping staff, there's also a garage for bikes. Russian, English is not familiar)) communication by translator on the phone. The rooms are quite suitable for overnight accommodation. You can ask for a kettle at the reception, there is a conditioner, a hairdryer. There is no hot water, it is warm with a tiny pressure.
