I have been using COSMOS Telecom Internet services using Docsis 3.0 technology (the "Speed of Light Forever" tariff is 300 Mbit/s) for a little more than 3 months.
I am generally satisfied with the quality of the Internet. There were absolutely no problems with the stability of work during the specified period.
In terms of Wi-Fi speed: 1) at 5 Hz next to the router and provided that all other devices are offline - about 300 Mbit/s, i.e. with a slight rounding as stated by the tariff (if other devices are connected, it will be less); 7 meters from the router through one concrete wall and several cabinets - 85-125 Mbit/s; 1) at 2.4 Hz - 25-40 Mbit/s (but exactly the same thing happened at this frequency with all other operators that I used).
Of the advantages, I can also note the period of temporary blocking - 60 days (sometimes 2 times less).
I would also like to thank the employee of the company who was involved in the connection - he brought the cable into the apartment not in the way that was most convenient for him, but in the way that was most optimal for me, taking into account the repairs already made.

I have been using the Cosmos Internet with a tariff of 100mb/s for 3 years. The office is incredibly dubious, but in order. We connected the Internet from the dashboard from the vestibule / floor, despite the fact that not every house has this Internet. Hemorrhoids may start if no one has installed this provider in your house. They give out a modem in the tariff, which works quite well. The first year as a new subscriber for half the price, which attracted me among the list of providers. Then you can re-register for someone from the apartment and get another year. For the full cost, the Internet is unreasonably expensive, then I'll tell you why. The connection disappears absolutely every month, sometimes even several times a month. Frequent accidents that are repaired for an hour or two, and sometimes all night. I have never seen the Internet so unstable. No one will compensate you for the loss of the signal, well, and fix your problem too. Just sit and wait like a woman at a broken trough, because in an hour or two it will work again. And if the problem is at night, then they don't work there at all and wait until morning, that's a joke. When handing over the equipment, in order to say goodbye finally, they billed me for a small 1.5-2m lan cable, which I did not bring. I had to pay 5 rubles on the spot. I recommend considering another stable provider if you don't want your Internet to be constantly lost. I haven't had any promotions or offers in three years.
