It's a very small room, and it's packed in the evening. There is no place for stretching / warming up, you have to wander somewhere between the machines. There is no mfr roll (it was a long time ago, it broke down, it is no more). The mats look like they're going to fall apart in your hand. There is dust on the simulators, it is sad and tasteless. And my favorite disadvantage is that one key fits all the lockers in the locker room, the illusion of security. Of the advantages, there is water, in general, a good set of exercise equipment, if there are no people, you can even train normally.

A place that I adore with my soul and body, close to home, a clean, comfortable, functional gym, a small gym for group classes, but the most valuable thing is the coaching staff.
