On October 17th, in the evening, we decided to go to Costa Coffee. We ordered a cappuccino with caramel syrup and a flat white. The barista first started making cappuccino, but noticed in time that the milk had turned sour — for this, special thanks to him for paying attention and not serving the drink. We calmly waited for him to cook again. The second time, unfortunately, the coffee turned out very badly: the milk was very overheated, it was impossible to drink it, and the barista forgot about the syrup altogether. Even coffee from vending machines can taste better and look nicer than what we were served. We decided not to draw conclusions right away and see how he would prepare a flat white. The flat white turned out to be normal, but not quite right — there was too much foam, and in fact it was a double cappuccino. However, it tasted good, thanks for that. My boyfriend approached the barista to calmly clarify why the cappuccino turned out to be so substandard. In response, the barista said that "he had to sell the milk, otherwise he would be fined." After that, he offered to redo the drink, but only if we pay for the order again. It's a very unpleasant situation. The barista did not even try to admit the mistake and kept repeating that he had been working in this field for 6 years. If this is true, then it is unclear why the quality of coffee and the attitude towards the customer turned out to be at such a low level.

I was at Costa around 12:00 today. The Spanish latte, which I take from them every week and which is usually great, tasted like cappuccino from an outdoor vending machine this time. The barista was greeted coldly, without basic service. This attitude does not correspond at all to the level of the Costa coffee shop, where they always worked more professionally before.

The mall opens at 10, and in theory it is assumed that the point should also be ready to work from that time. But the staff says we are not ready, wait 10-15 minutes and then it still does not work. The nearby Bon starts working earlier and therefore offers the best service.
