Of the advantages:
- convenient location. Tram to the center, ferries and funicular to Taksim are nearby. walking is also close to everything.
- the owner is always there, if there is any question, he will help to solve it.
- put fresh water during cleaning (1.5 liters).
- the air conditioner works well.
- there is a refrigerator
Minuses:
- the staff doesn't speak English very well, especially Russian. You need to communicate through a translator.
- cleaning. for 4 nights, we were cleaned only before check-in and on the first day. After that, they did not come to us in the morning and afternoon, and at 16 o'clock we hung up "do not disturb". Of the consumables, there were only tubes of gampun soap.
- Breakfast. There is no sausage, no fish, no normal cheese. Only eggs are made of proteins. In general, the whole breakfast is 100,500 packs of jam, butter, cheese and white bread. But there were delicious stuffed olives.
- The room. Specifically, what we had. Everything is bad here.
1. a room with a window, but a window on the corridor. No one indicated this point when booking. In the photo, the view of the window from the corridor and what is visible from the corridor in the room at eye level 170cm.
2. Dampness. Things didn't just dry out, things got wet. The air conditioner does not have a dehumidifier function and I just had to open the door to drain the room a little. The shoes were outside, and the clothes were also hanging in the hallway.

It was my first trip to Turkey, and I decided to celebrate my anniversary there.
I chose the hotel based on reviews, and its location was also important to me: close to the Bosphorus and transport, but away from mosques, so as not to wake up to the singing of the muezzins at 6 a.m. And I managed to find the perfect place to stay.
Pleasant surprises began almost immediately when, instead of the booked economy room, they put me in a standard room (Gasi, thank you very much!), and this is a decent difference in comfort. They treated me to Turkish coffee, escorted me to my room and showed me everything. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the food was very tasty.
It was a magical 5 days, first of all, thanks to the people, the hotel staff, they became a real family for me. They were very friendly, helpful, polite, helpful, and tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible; they treated me to various goodies several times, such as rice pudding (this is a popular dish in Istanbul). The food is prepared by two wonderful chefs, Mustafa and Salchuk.
And on my birthday, Gazi (he works at the reception and at the bar) gave me a magnificent cake, and it was the most delicious cake and the most unusual birthday!
The room was clean, the bed and linens were amazing, I felt like a queen, it was so comfortable to sleep. There is a TV, kettle, refrigerator, tea and coffee bags, drinking water; cleaning and a change of towels every day, slippers were also given out three times new. The air conditioner worked very unusually: it turned on and off as the air warmed up or cooled down, but it was comfortable.
The staff knows English at a basic level, and so do I, and we communicated through the phone app in Turkish, but it wasn't a problem, we understood each other very well, and sign language also worked wonders.
On the day of my departure, Mustafa helped me a lot with a taxi to the subway, called it for a good price. And when I left, I cried, as if I were leaving my house. But I will definitely come back. Thank you so much for your hospitality and warm attitude, dear Gazi, Mustafa and Salchuk, I fell in love not only with Istanbul, but also with you!

Very hospitable hosts. We met and gave them tea.
The rooms are clean, the location is good.
I took off the star behind the door in the room. The entrance door was not normally locked. And in the shower, the main door did not lock because of the misalignment.
Breakfast was turned off (boiled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, bread spread and tea, bread), I did not have enough coffee.
