The water is clean, the complex is clean, the prices on the menu are quite normal, not expensive and not cheap compared to the aqua complexes of norms, everything is fine, the staff does not have time to work with heavy workload

The pool itself is very nice. The water is clean, everything is neat. Two things spoiled the impression:
the kitchen - we waited for almost an hour, during which hour we were constantly told that there was nothing from our order.
The second is jumping into the water. This is absolutely not suitable for a family holiday. Moreover, none of the staff could do anything with them. Neither the rescuers nor the managers. The reception was only surprised when we told them about it. Apparently they didn't see what was going on with them.

Everything is fine. The pools are spacious, in principle there is a place to swim. But the barbecue is just terrible. The price is not small. 5 small dry pieces, one of them fat. It is better to remove this position from the menu altogether.

In general , it 's worth a C grade .
What I liked : The pool water is warm ,the music is good, volleyball was played . Well organized .
What I didn't like : The bar has a small assortment of drinks (there were no cocktails, no smoothies, although the menu indicated)
After the second day, an allergy appeared on the neck.
And there is water in the shower, if you press the button it flows, you let it stop.good savings .

They have a sign on the billboard that the pool costs 1000 tenge. This is the most honest price for it. The plank at the bottom of the pools is crawling. Chemical pills are floating all over the pool. There is mud and rocks at the bottom. You spend 10 minutes or more at the checkout, and not because there's a queue. The prices are exactly like in the city. I would not recommend it for visiting.

The most terrible place I've ever visited. Firstly, it is unreasonably expensive, and secondly, the service staff behaves as if we came there for free! A tall man shouts at employees, humiliates them right in front of visitors. I do not recommend going there to anyone.
