Excellent territory, comfortable houses for living equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable sleep and rest, delicious dishes will complement your vacation.And what a gorgeous SPA center, it's just impossible to put into words, it's better to visit once, get a massage and steam in the sauna and relax your body in the hammam and you will visit this place every time you want to take a break!
for 5 years this place has been a favorite of our trips celebrating birthdays and just coming for dinner on hot summer days to enjoy the coolness mountains and a cozy and homely atmosphere. The staff of the complex are professionals in their field, focused on the guest!!I definitely have not visited such a place in Kazakhstan.Many thanks to those who organized such a complex.!!!!!!

One of the most favorite places to relax "body and soul".
Beautiful and well-groomed territory, clean houses, there are several locations for children on the territory - 2 playgrounds and for younger children - a house with various toys, loopholes under the supervision of a nanny.
Several restaurants, a yurt, tents, gazebos with barbecues, a spa complex, baths with fonts. There are 3 swimming pools in summer. Various weekend events are constantly organized.
I would like to write about food separately: cold appetizers, hot dishes, soups, cocktails, children's menu - always very tasty! Many thanks to all the staff!!!

A beautiful place, many houses for living (2-bed and 4-bed). There are swimming pools (only in summer). Hammam, baths (4 pcs) with ice fonts, spa with all kinds of services. Food and drinks are not allowed. There is a restaurant on site (prices are reasonable, portions are not small and the food is delicious). You can order a hookah. Breakfast is included in the payment with the house. There are gazebos that you can simply rent for a day without checking in. For children there is a children's room for a fee (you can hire a babysitter) and two outdoor playgrounds. We were in October, it was very warm in the houses, it was even hot))) Clean, there are towels and bathrobes, a tooth.brushes and shampoos with body gels. Of the cons: in our house, it was hard to set up water in the shower and it smelled like sewage in the bathroom. The Wi-fi didn't work well either. Of the mobile operators, only Tele2 catches((

I was there for the first time , I honestly liked it . The food is delicious and the price is average. Sauna, karaoke, there are lodges everywhere. There are houses for two and for a family. The atmosphere is pleasant , there is greenery everywhere . And now the cons : there are no curtains in the houses , since the houses are close . I liked everything: beautiful territory, delicious food, cool atmosphere.
But there are 2 but :
1. Some houses do not have keys. In general, i.e. it does not close. The waiter assured us that no one would come in and take anything, like, cameras everywhere. Well, it's very inconvenient, really. Carry a bag with you everywhere. Well, we think, okay, why not. But the main thing, our shock was that the door. it does not close from the inside. We were with the child, so we didn't go to the reception at 11 a.m. to sort it out. They just forced the door with strollers and pillows. Even if none of the staff comes in, then excuse me, drunken guests (of whom there are a lot) may accidentally drive.You can do it. Locks, really. What to save on security.?
2. Wasps on the terrace where there was breakfast. It's not 1 or 2 wasps. It's A SWARM OF WASPS. There are countless of them. Our friends with 3 children couldn't eat. It was impossible. Wasps were not allowed to sit at the table. The children left hungry. Because you can't take anything with you from the cafe.. Either eat with wasps, or go hungry.
Nothing at all. even fruits. Apparently, they save money this way, they will eat less. Well , is it really impossible to cultivate the territory at least where they eat ? or put people inside the cafe. We ate, but on the run. The child couldn't either. But we still had food, we finished it in the house.
In general, these 2 reasons just spoiled the rest a little.
I'm ahead of the question from the administration: house 12 has no keys. And a house of 2 (4 people).
And yes, we have already been told about the 12 house, apparently, this is not the first time there is a problem with codes.)) And we got him))

The food is very tasty, the waiters, although sewn up, are very polite, the houses, although with some flaws, are quite cozy. But the last time my wife and I vacationed here, there was not much sediment left. We found out that the only guy left was the administrator who always controlled everything and settled all the nuances. So as soon as we entered the house, it stank terribly of sewage. Accordingly, the house was not normally inspected before handing over to the guests, this is the first; the second when we checked in at the reception, we immediately ordered a sauna for 8 pm. We have booked 3 baths, which are new after restoration. When we got there at 8 o'clock and just started to change clothes, people knocked on the door and said that they had booked this bathhouse. They called the reception and told us to go to the bathhouse number 1. Okay, we thought that the reception was confused and forgot to warn us, we went to the bathhouse number 1. It turned out to be much older and worn out. And in the morning at breakfast we saw those people who asked us to leave the bathhouse number 3. It turned out to be local employees of this institution. It was very unpleasant. To understand that with the departure of the administrator, the staff immediately relaxed.

We rest in this area several times! They usually came for the holidays. This time we got here in August! We booked a two-storey house in advance for 3 weeks. We had a great rest! The kitchen is at the highest level! The staff is polite! The pools are clean! The room is also clean and cozy! The lacation is gorgeous in the mountains! The territory has been improved. The children were not sitting in the room! The only thing that didn't work was the wasps at breakfast. There are many aspen nests nearby. I didn't care, but the kids were afraid! Maybe we can do it tomorrow in a restaurant in the summer)))

Immediately upon arrival, the impression was spoiled by a guard who quarreled with my husband in very high tones and said, I quote, "you can get out of here right now," which is unacceptable!!! The reason for the conflict was a bottle of Indian rum, which was taken as a gift to our friend since it was his birthday. No one was going to drink it, it was attached to the main gift, but because of this they started being rude, it's disgusting. The girl, who, as the manager told us, also did not try to smooth out the conflict, but on the contrary responded aggressively. The only ones who smiled and tried to settle everything were a young guy, two girls at the reception and Sultan Abdulaev, who then served us, so thank you very much for the charming human attitude!!!! Breakfast was included, but we had to go and look for this place, there were 6 adults and a child, when we came and asked to take them with us for our own, since they did not come, we were refused, we had to take only a bun and yogurt to the child. Moreover, the payment was demanded in full closer to 12 a.m., interrupting the father from putting the child to bed while the others were absent. The house was 35,000, but in general they gave $ 500 for the rest. If it weren't for the conflict and the service, we would have returned there again, BUT now definitely NOT!!! Yes, there are still very small portions and alcohol prices are too high, to put it mildly, but you can't take anything with you, bags are checked at the entrance. Therefore, unfortunately, the rest was overshadowed by the behavior and rudeness of the staff, and this is a HUGE MINUS!!!

We booked a sauna on Saturday evening - we arrived tired after hiking in the mountains in the hope of relaxing and warming up, but as soon as we entered the hotel, a guard literally attacked us and in a boorish manner began to shake my hiking backpack demanding to take everything out and show that we had not brought food and water with us, demanded to pour out the leftovers tea from a camping thermos - all this in a terribly boorish manner, immediately on the "you", immediately with some dirty threats. We called the administrator, but she did not apologize for the rudeness of the guard, but simply said that they had such orders, like "don't pay attention" and offered to go to the bathhouse. Naturally, we turned around and left. The administrator did not apologize and did not refund the money for the prepayment. Avoid this unfriendly place
