I have been working with this company for a long time, delivery is always on time. The courier is polite, always calls in advance and clarifies on the spot whether or not we can accept.

It's just a nightmare!!!! Package Almaty -Moscow Of the advantages, they accepted the Almaty office perfectly, repackaged it to make it more profitable. OK, they said the main thing is for the plane to take off, everything will be on Monday. So: It was paid for as an express! But instead of the planned Monday, we caught the parcel until Wednesday inclusive. Express!!!! which is paid for!!!! Why didn't the courier bring the parcel, even though he had the full address, why are people so stupid about time? They have already scored on the courier, they have been reissued as pickup. So here's a surprise. We came to pick them up ourselves across Moscow, spending time and money on a 1500tr taxi, and the parcel was sent by courier and the VSK again in a circle. We got through to the courier, who is a completely lazy creature. He brought the parcel when he was yelled at , but left it on guard without even warning and without going up to the apartment. Trash. Is this your service? Is this the service I paid for??

It is a pity that it is impossible to put a rating lower than 1. NEVER order through this service. You will either be thrown, or the order will be delivered after a very long time. They clean up bad reviews, so keep in mind. Terrible company. I made an order in an online store, it so happened that the online store delivers through this service-it's terrible. I didn't know about that. My order is still missing, the calls are not being answered. I still don't know what to do.

They sent extremely important documents from India to Russia. I can say that the employees of this KSE office have worked for 5+. By phone, by mail - always promptly, politely and informatively. Today my addressee received an envelope in Moscow. Everyone is happy. In general, we have been working with KSE since 2019. During this time, there are zero complaints about them. The only thing I can advise is to avoid their support chat - there are really beaten characters sitting there. I think either competitors or chickens who got to the computer left negative reviews for this KSE unit.

The same thing. It's horrible. My parcel has been rolling around my city for two weeks now!!! Couriers do not answer calls! And they do not cancel the order and do not give it back!! Do not order anything through them!!!
