The hotel is wonderful. Cosy. The breakfasts are very good. On the negative side: there is little light in the room and the situation with the accommodation documents is unclear. There is one amount in the accommodation printout, and another in the receipt. They tried to tell me at the reception that it was a deposit. But the deposit must be returned within 24 hours. Three days have passed. There is no return.How should I submit such documents to the accounting department? I am writing in support and silence.
