TLDR: Hotel for 5, service for 1 Positive: - Great rooms. Comfortable, clean. Everything is new - Excellent SPA area, towels and bathrobes are as new, everything is clean, open from 6 to 23 - Excellent restaurant, everything is good both in terms of food and service - The room has a Nespresso coffee machine with 2 capsules, one of which is caffeine-free. - Checked in 2 hours earlier without additional payment Minuses: - The main disadvantage that negates all the advantages is the staff (details below) - They tried to include double tax in the final bill (details below) - The price is unreasonably high - There was no extra bed, as indicated in the request. But after checking in, they brought - There were no toothbrushes - The outskirts, there is almost nothing around - Empty minibar Everything started well. The reception staff is polite, checked in quickly and 2 hours earlier, without additional charges. But there was no extra bed, as indicated in the booking requests. Nevertheless, after the call to the reception, everything was quickly done. The room is great. We found out that the hotel has a SPA, but we didn't have swimsuits with us. Fortunately, there is a mini-shop, purchases are paid for in the lobby bar. But the bartender immediately disappointed, saying with displeasure that it was impossible to try on. Surprised, I asked at the reception about it. They said that no problem, try it on in the room. OK, we've chosen, we're going to the room. A guard came up and rudely said that fitting was prohibited. I had to drag him to the reception, he did not take his word for it. When he heard that he was wrong, he did not apologize, but only frowned and left. After fitting, we went to pay for the selected one. The bartender fumbled with something in the bar for 8 minutes with a dissatisfied look. Then he took a bath and went somewhere else for a couple of minutes. That was the end of the unpleasant moments and we enjoyed our vacation. But another disappointment awaited during the departure. In the morning, a guy worked at the reception, who ignored the greeting and only looked at it casually. I don't remember the name, according to the signs, black curly hair. The check turned out to be 20 percent higher. Initially, when booking Superior Balcony rooms through the hotel's website, the room price was stated at $124. Towards the end of the booking, the system added $28 "Estimated Government Taxes & Fees". Upon check-in, I also found out that breakfast is not included and will cost an additional $30. And the next morning I found an additional $32 in taxes in the check. I had to prove for 15 minutes that the tax was already included in $152. As a result, the check was redone, but the mood was spoiled. And of course, I didn't get any apologies. Total, $182 per night. For such a price in Tashkent, you expect top-class service. And in fact, the service is much worse than at the $60/night hotel in the city center where I stayed earlier. Stayed for 1 night from 06/04-23.

A wonderful hotel with all amenities, the staff is well trained, they work clearly! Russian, English, and Uzbek are spoken fluently by almost every employee. The cleanliness in the rooms is crystal clear - special thanks to the cleaners! There are a LOT of outlets in the room!!! Finally, there was enough for all devices without tees :-)) Everything in the room is fresh, the plumbing is new, the restaurant at the hotel is wonderful with a varied menu! The breakfast buffet is a fairy tale! It is better to take rooms with breakfast, because next to the hotel there are taverns within walking distance .... well, so-so, they do not shine. I am very pleased with the time spent here, I thank the hotel team and recommend you to visit! 5+

The breakfasts were delicious, but it was the same every day. This is an unpleasant moment, but not critical. The restaurant downstairs is very cool, it's delicious! There was also one unpleasant moment when outsiders, not hotel visitors, were found in the pool. 2 young men with bags. They behaved defiantly, did not respond to comments. Please keep an eye on who the staff lets in, exceeding their authority! For this, a minus star!

Great hotel! The rooms are cozy and comfortably furnished. The hotel will be comfortable to spend both one night and a couple of weeks. There is a good restaurant on the ground floor - the prices bite, but the quality matches the price. On the 1st floor there is a great swimming pool with Jacuzzi and sauna. The temperature in the sauna is not maintained on a regular basis, so you need to ask the staff to heat it up in advance. Also on the 1st floor there is a small gym with modern equipment. On the 8th floor there is a library where you can drink coffee or some cocktails. Breakfast at the hotel takes place in the restaurant on the ground floor - a large buffet with a very wide variety of very high-quality food. The staff is helpful. This is the best hotel I've stayed in in Uzbekistan.
