The door sills and trunk lid were repaired! Yes, at all stages you will be given a report, if any nuance is contacted, you will be offered solutions (2 stars only for this)! At the stage of issuing a car, I was confidently told that the salon would be cleaned (I did not expect dry cleaning), in fact, they only wiped the panel (with such a dry duster). like lying at the blackboard at school or having sex..) I probably had to pay extra for clean water on a rag and at least a worn seat.. After receiving it, due to circumstances, I had to leave for another city, where I had already discovered most of the joints. When I first cleaned, I found two "bulls" under the rubber mat, thank you, I don't smoke, but judging by the smelly interior, someone really liked to puff next to the car there, because the smell of paint and varnish materials was overpowering the tobacco smell! Okay.. On the way to another city, I heard a strange ringing, I started looking at the gas station, and lo and behold, half of the wing fasteners were safely missing and in those places where it was not visible, I would not have paid attention to the cracks if the rattle of the wing had not betrayed your work! I did not return 400+km to you for the screws, I found it for free on the spot at a car disassembly (what was your problem doing the same if you lost it is not clear to me..) I also put a new radio in the same place with my friends, because I lost my muzzle from the old one and it turned out that the new speakers that were installed for 3 months before the repair, they were killed by some kind of scale or shot blasting mixture! I couldn't check it on the spot for obvious reasons, although the master assured me that all the doors were removed and removed ... There were 5 more jambs, but they are less critical, but they don't change the essence of the picture! Service for zHiguli 100% Service for more or less well-groomed foreign cars- no, think 10 times before handing over the car in good condition! During this time, from the moment when I picked up the (already old car) I found a service(s) where they will do the same thing for +/- the same money and they won't spit in your soul with "BULLS" and won't ruin your car! In the end, they just tore off the dough and did nothing, I drove the car back three times and they couldn't do anything, the masters in this server seemed to have just come out of a binge, although this is true, because when I asked when the car would be ready, they answered me when the master would come out of the hospital, in the end it turns out that this master just forgot.... THE RESULT is poorly painted, all the elements are not in the gap, the washer does not work, half of the fastening was broken, and many other problems still needed to be remembered, master Eugene seems to be a good person in communication, but his relationship when something concerns his masters is simply not described in words, runs away from the conversation, and says what he needs it's urgent to go somewhere, the same story about Director Denis... the most they'll do is pump up the wheels, and that's not a fact, maybe they'll forget to screw up the caps. And I forgot a little more, I asked to polish the headlights because the new headlight was different from the old one, in the end they said that they were polarizing, I had a protective film on my headlights,in the end I look at the film is not even removed,figs understand that they polished there 🤣
