I recently visited the Kravt store on Varshavskoye Highway, the staff is polite, responsive and everything would be fine, but it's impossible to stay there for more than 5 minutes: it's stuffy, there are no air conditioners, there is no air circulation either, of course, + this all complements the abundance of various scents - from expensive perfumes to the smell of sweat. How are cosmetics stored in case of non-compliance with temperature conditions, and expensive at that? I sincerely ask the management to pay attention to temperature conditions and take care of the products you sell, the customers who come to you, and finally, the employees who work there ALL day. I would like to come to the store and enjoy the professionalism of the girls, who will always prompt and pick up everything you need, and not think about how to get out into the fresh air faster. Thank you for your understanding and I hope that measures will be taken.
