If he's following a customer, I don't see a problem, and customers are walking around the hall. It is a pity that I have to write a similar review on one of the stores of the chain, where we often buy perfumes and cosmetics, because we have always been satisfied with the prices, quality and service. But a strange incident happened today. What's the point: On 08/22/25, my family and I went to the store on Kulman with a specific goal - to buy perfume. Our rather grown-up eleven-year-old child calmly took the tester and sniffed the cap. The guard made a remark to us that children should not touch his goods with their hands. We politely replied that we would certainly pay for everything that was broken. After that, the guard began to rebuke the fact that it was not worth anything for children to touch here, that these were not toys. We assured him again that no one would break anything, otherwise we would pay for everything, and also told the child not to touch the goods with his hands (this, of course, was wild, but the guard looked like a supervisor: there was nothing to do - there was hope that it would calm him down and we we can continue shopping). However, this was not enough, and for some reason he continued to tell us that if the child breaks something (and he certainly will!), then he (the guard) will not be able to bill us.… Unfortunately, we didn't hear the rest of the bill, because we decided that our shopping in this store had come to an end. What can I recommend in this case to the respected management of the craft? Either it should be indicated on the doors of this store that entry with animals and children is prohibited, or make signs, as in a museum, that it is forbidden to touch the exhibits, or still have a conversation with the security guard, who, judging by the reviews, is not completely customer-oriented (at least). In the meantime, we decided to refrain from going to this store...
