Positive:- the store staff are polite and attentive, patient and will show everything, unlike the seller at the Banquet. The place is bright and clean, according to the samples, almost everything is there. Of the disadvantages, when buying the latest perfumes, it became doubtful about the division of the product, not resistant to the word at all. I want to share my impressions about this store. Of all the stores in the entire chain, this one is the best. Experts in their field, knowledgeable and competent professionals, work here. All the girls are friendly and tactful, especially Irina, who was able to help her husband choose a gift more than once and left the namesake happy every time!) And again, I was helped to find gifts for my loved ones this New Year. I have never met such professionals as Irina. All the other stores in the chain are doing well, but they still need to grow up to the level of service in this particular area. Success and prosperity to the store!)

The most terrible of all the shops. Sellers with faces like they own the store. How many times have I visited, I will never be able to consult, even if the buyer is obviously interested in buying. I am a regular customer, and it is very unpleasant when you go to the checkout with the product, and the sellers see it and leave. And when they condescended to approach the buyer, then they have to remind the buyer about the discount card!!!! The service is terrible and it is unpleasant to enter this store in MOMO. I make a lot of orders online. In general, it's not bad, but when you place an order, I would like to understand when to wait for delivery. Now I ordered a couple of days ago - no one contacted me... Competitors do not have such a problem.
